Variable Day Schedule. A work schedule containing core hours on each workday in the week, in which a full time employee has a basic work requirement of forty (40) hours in each week of the biweekly pay period, but in which an employee may vary the number of hours worked on a given workday within the week, within the established flexible and core hours.

Variable Day Schedule. Employees working the variable day schedule have a basic work requirement of forty (40) hours in each week of the biweekly pay period. They are required to work during the core hours, established in Section 3.4 of this Article each work day. They may choose a different starting time and quitting time for each workday within the period established in Section 3.4 of this Article, and they may vary the number of hours worked each workday, working between six (6) and twelve (12) hours on any given workday, exclusive of the meal period. An example of a Variable Day Schedule is: First Monday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (8 hours) First Tuesday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (10 hours) First Wednesday 8:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m. (9 hours) First Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (6.5 hours) First Friday 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (6.5 hours) 40 hours Second Monday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (8 hours) Second Tuesday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (6 hours) Second Wednesday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (10 hours) Second Thursday 7:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (8.25 hours) Second Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. (7.75 hours) 40 hours

  • Pay Schedule 48.1 The regularly scheduled payday shall be bi-weekly, every other Thursday.

  • Holiday Schedule A. The Employer will determine the number and cate- gories of employees needed for holiday work and a schedule shall be posted as of the Tuesday preceding the service week in which the holiday falls.

  • Daily Schedule 1. Double Bus Runs - Teachers shall be required to be on duty a total of seventy-five (75) minutes in grades K-6 and sixty (60) minutes in grades 7-12 before and after the published regular pupil's school day.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Preliminary Schedule A preliminary schedule of construction indicating the starting and completion dates of the various stages of the Work, including any information and following any form as may be specified in the Specifications. Once approved by District, this shall become the Construction Schedule. This schedule shall include and identify all tasks that are on the Project’s critical path with a specific determination of the start and completion of each critical path task as well as all Contract milestones and each milestone’s completion date(s) as may be required by the District.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.
