Variance in Hours. The Employer may vary the scheduled hours and days of work in a position, the duties and nature of which may require varied hours and days of work, subject to the provisions of this Article.

Variance in Hours. The working times noted in Articles and above may be amended by mutual consent to suit the exigencies of the Board’s requirements, provided at least five (5) working days’ notice is given of the intention to amend the times. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
