Variation of these Terms. 25.1. We may vary these Terms by giving you notice of any variation by any of the following or any combination of the following: a document in writing, by updating our website, by posting a message in the Trading Platform, by electronic mail or by telephone call with you or by fax to you. The notice of variation is effective even if you are unaware of the notice. The minimum period of notice will be the lesser of:
(a) any minimum period of notice required by the Applicable Laws;
(b) if no such minimum period is required the lesser of: (a) any minimum period of notice required by the Applicable Laws; (b) if no such minimum period is required by the Rules, then not less than two (2) Business Days’ notice (unless paragraph (c) applies); and (c) subject to paragraph (a), if we believe a variation is necessary to maintain or to restore the security of any Accounts or of our systems or to comply with any legal or regulatory requirement, we may make the variation with any method of notice we choose or without prior notice and in that case we will notify you of the change as soon as practicable after the change.
Variation of these Terms. 16.1 Subject to the variations or amendments provided for in terms of paragraph 16.2, no other variation or amendment, in any form whatsoever, of these Terms will be enforceable or binding on us unless we have agreed to such variation or amendment in writing. 16.2 We are entitled and reserve the right to vary or amend these Terms from time to time:
16.2.1 For a patient and/or Healthcare Professional: Any amendments to these Terms will be displayed on the Mobile Application and/or Website from time to time. On the first occasion on which you Use the Mobile Application and/or Website or the Services after we amend the Terms, you will be notified that amendments to the Terms have been effected and you will be required to re-affix your signature and/ or re-click/check "I Agree". If you continue to Use the Services thereafter, the amended Terms will immediately be treated as being effective and binding upon you;

Any subsequent Customer Instructions issued after the posting of the revised Terms will constitute a binding acceptance of those Terms by the Customer.
Variation of these Terms. (a) The provisions of Conditions 6 and 7 contain important exclusions and limitations of our liability to you. These are fundamental to our business, but you may request us to agree to vary these Conditions and/or to waive or increase the exclusions or limitations of liability provided by these Conditions.
(b) Any request made in accordance with Condition 9(a) must be made to us in writing and agreed by us prior to the formation of the Contract, failing which there shall be no variation. Upon receipt of such a request, we will have an absolute discretion as to whether to agree and if so, upon what terms and at what additional price. These Conditions can only be waived or varied upon the written confirmation by one of our Company Directors, making express reference to this Condition.
