Variations to Leave. (a) A Club may apply to AFLPA to vary its obligations under Items 9 to 12 of this Schedule provided that any such request shall demonstrate that the Players of the Club will receive not less than the sum of leave prescribed by this CBA. (b) A Club shall include any information reasonably required by AFLPA to consider such an application. (c) AFLPA shall act reasonably in deciding whether to accept any such application.
