Failure to fulfill this requirement will be considered as a breach of agreement and UNFPA reserves the rights to consider invalid any purchase orders issued during a suspension/debarment period. The Supplier agrees to undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that none of the UNFPA funds received under this Agreement are used to provide support to individuals or entities associated with terrorism and that the recipients of any amounts provided by UNFPA hereunder do not apprea on the list stated below. VENDOR ELIGIBILITY. The City of Mentor reserves the right to determine whether any vendor, product or display is eligible for inclusion in the festival. Both parties mutually agree that the City of Mentor shall have full authority in the placement and operation of vendors and their booth space. Photos should accompany your contract showing set-ups and the merchandise to be sold. Any fliers being distributed must also accompany your submitted contract. The City of Mentor must approve all items and materials being distributed. No smoking or alcoholic beverages in or near the vendor booths. Some items that CANNOT be sold are as follows: No food or beverage items may be sold, distributed or given away outside of the food vendor area; No drugs or drug paraphernalia; No explosive items, fireworks, or aerosol propelled items or lighters; No stink bombs or anything similar that requires the product to be ignited; No knives, swords, guns, or any type of weapon.

Vendors declared ineligible by other organizations of the United Nations: UNFPA adheres to decisions made by other organizations of the United Nations on the ineligibility of vendors for business with that organization of the United Nations if such ineligibility has been disclosed in UNGM. Vendors that have been declared ineligible for business by another organization of the United Nations are ineligible to do business with UNFPA. 1267 list: Persons or entities included on the list of individuals and entities associated with Al-Qaida and/or the Taliban, which is maintained pursuant to United Nations Security Council resolution 1267, are ineligible to do business with UNFPA. No exceptions are permitted. World Bank listing of ineligible vendors: UNFPA may conduct procurement activities with funds granted by the International Development Association or by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In such cases, a Memorandum of Understanding must be signed by UNFPA and the recipient Country. VENDOR ELIGIBILITY. A list of active solar domestic water heater installers is available on the vendor section of the NJCEP website (XXXxxxxXxxxxx.xxx/XXX). To participate in the program, vendors must attend one mandatory manufacturer’s training and have prior industry experience. To be listed on the website, contractors must meet minimum program contractor requirements and remain in good standing with the program guidelines. Contractors will also be required to either be certified by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) or have prior industry experience with SDWH installations and have completed either an Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) accredited or manufacturer SDWH training. This list is provided as an informational source only. Inclusion on this list does not constitute any endorsement, advertisement, warranty, promise of employment, statement of qualification or other representation of service by the NJCEP Market Manager or NJCEP. NJCEP recommends that prospective customers contact several installers for information and project bids. As a prerequisite to being included on the list, all vendors of BPU qualified clean energy generation equipment are required to agree to indemnify, defend and hold the BPU and their representatives, including the Market Manager, harmless from any act or omission resulting in personal injury (including death) or property damage. The vendor must submit an online application, which will be reviewed by the Market Manager. If the application is approved the vendor will be notified and their listing will be added to the vendor listing. Contracting firms can be listed as distributors, installers, manufacturers and/or licensed plumbers in New Jersey who also have experience working with solar domestic water heater systems.
VENDOR ELIGIBILITY. EastSide Market welcomes farm (farmers, gardeners, producers who grow/produce food and value-added agricultural items locally) and craft (people who make items by hand locally) vendors. These local products include but are not limited to fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, plants, cut flowers, honey, maple products, cider, wine, baked goods, meats, eggs, dairy products, and value-added items made from the direct harvesting of locally grown crop or animal material (soaps, beauty products, wool, wreaths, etc.). Also, handmade arts and crafts; fine art; wood products. All craft vendors must make or produce 100% of their products. All farm vendors must grow at least 50% of their weekly produce by volume. This is a requirement from NYS Ag and Markets to be eligible to accept FMNP coupons.
VENDOR ELIGIBILITY a. The Farmers Market provides an outlet for horticulture and agriculture related produce (vegetables, fruit, flowers, honey, etc.) from home gardens, small plot noncommercial growers, small plot commercial growers, and horticulture-based handicrafts.

  • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond her normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.

  • Student Eligibility A. The Texas Success Initiative (TSI) requires mandatory assessment for all students to determine college readiness in reading, writing and math. The xxxx authorizes the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to prescribe assessment instruments with a statewide passing standard. The initiative allows an institution to determine when a student is ready to perform college‐level coursework. High School students who seek to register in a dual credit course, which will grant college credit must prove “college readiness” by achieving a college level score as outlined in Appendix A.

  • Continuing Eligibility To continue health benefits, a permanent intermittent employee must be credited with a minimum of 480 paid hours in a control period or 960 paid hours in two consecutive control periods.
