Verification Arrangements. 1. The Borrower shall, in coordination with TKYB, contract, not later than ninety (90) days after the Effective Date, and thereafter maintain, throughout Program implementation, a competitively selected, third-party, independent verification agent or agency with assigned verification agents that have experience and qualifications and terms of reference acceptable to the Bank (“Independent Verification Agent”) to undertake the DLR verification process referred to in paragraph 2 below.
2. The Borrower shall ensure that the Independent Verification Agent: (a) verifies the data and other evidence supporting the achievement of one or more DLRs set forth in Section IV.A.2 of this Schedule, and recommend corresponding payments to be made, as applicable, in accordance with the Verification Protocol; and (b) submits to the Borrower the corresponding verification reports in a timely manner and in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
Verification Arrangements. The Borrower, through MCH, shall ensure, throughout Project implementation, that:
(a) verification agent(s) for the Project are assigned or engaged in accordance with the terms of reference acceptable to the Bank; and
(b) the verification agent(s) referred to above shall: (i) verify the data and other evidence supporting the achievement(s) of PBC Targets as set forth in the Verification Protocol; (ii) verify the Capitation Payments to Participating CDIs and the Family Support Activity Payments to Participating Provinces in accordance with PFPI Espacios Manual and PFPI Acompañamiento Manual accordingly; and (ii) submit to the Borrower, through MCH, and the Bank the corresponding verification reports corresponding to: (A) the achievement(s) of the aforementioned PBC Target(s) before any withdrawal request is submitted for the achievement of a subsequent PBC Target(s); and (B) the validation of the Capitation Payments to Participating CDIs and the Family Support Activity Payments to Participating Provinces on an annual basis; all in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
Verification Arrangements. (a) The Borrower shall, in coordination with TSKB, contract, and thereafter maintain, throughout Program implementation, a competitively selected, third-party, independent verification agent or agency with assigned verification agents that have experience and qualifications and terms of reference acceptable to the World Bank (“Independent Verification Agent”) to undertake the DLR verification process referred to in Section I.C.6(b) below.
(b) The Borrower shall ensure that the Independent Verification Agent:
(i) verifies the data and other evidence supporting the achievement of one or more DLRs set forth in Section IV.A.2 of this Schedule, and recommend corresponding payments to be made, as applicable, in accordance with the Verification Protocol; and (ii) submit to the Borrower the corresponding verification reports in a timely manner and in form and substance satisfactory to the World Bank.
Verification Arrangements. 1. For the purposes of carrying out Part 2(b) of the Project, the Recipient shall: (a) appoint and thereafter maintain, at all times during Project implementation, an independent Verification Agent (“Verification Agent”), with qualifications, experience and terms of reference acceptable to the Bank; and (b) ensure that the Verification Agent certifies payment of any Result-based Grant after verifying satisfactory achievement of the results as documented in the verification reports; all in accordance with the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual.”
6. The table under Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:

Paragraph 4 of the Definition Section of the Appendix to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Verification Arrangements. 1. The Borrower, through MSN, shall appoint and maintain, throughout Program implementation, a verification agent for the Program acceptable to the Bank, in accordance with the terms of reference acceptable to the Bank.
2. The Borrower, through MSN, shall ensure that the verification agent referred to in the preceding paragraph shall: (a) verify the data and other evidence supporting the achievement(s) of one or more DLRs and recommend corresponding payments to be made in accordance with the Verification Protocol; and (b) submit to MSN the corresponding verification reports in a timely manner and in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
Verification Arrangements. 1. The Borrower, through MoH, shall appoint, not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, and thereafter maintain, throughout Program implementation, one or more verification agents with experience and qualifications and under terms of reference acceptable to the Bank (the “Verification Agent”) to verify the data and other evidence supporting the achievement(s) of one or more DLIs/DLRs.
2. The Borrower, through MoH, shall ensure that the Verification Agent referred to in the preceding paragraph: (a) carries out the DLIs/DLRs’ verification process(es) in accordance with the Verification Protocol; and (b) submits to MoH the corresponding verification reports in a timely manner and in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
