Video and Audio Surveillance. (a) Members acknowledge and agree that for security purposes, the Premises have been equipped with video and audio surveillance equipment to monitor the Premises on a 24 hour basis.
(b) Members agree that the use of video and audio surveillance by AV is in their best interest as well as in the best interest of AV, AV’s Personnel and Casual Visitors.
(c) Members agree not to make any claim or demands against AV as a result of the use of video and audio surveillance in or around the Premises.
Video and Audio Surveillance. (a) For security purposes, Indoor Archery WA uses video and audio surveillance equipment to monitor venues on a 24-hour basis.
(b) By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that by accessing any Indoor Archery WA venue you will be subject to video and audio surveillance and recording.
(c) Video and audio surveillance are limited to the range area, entry and exit points and members communal areas only and is not within the walls of any private rest areas or bathrooms.
Video and Audio Surveillance. The purpose and use of any video and/or audio surveillance is to enhance the safety and security of students and to protect employee and District property. Due process will be afforded to all employees any time video and/or audio surveillance is evidenced in conjunction with a matter that may result in discipline to that employee. If video and/or audio is used in discipline, the DUTU President or designee may view the video and/or audio. Only authorized administrative personnel may access video as needed to fulfill their professional responsibilities. Tampering with video and /or audio equipment will be subject to progressive discipline.
Video and Audio Surveillance. 10.1 You acknowledge that the Facility will be subject to video and audio security surveillance and recording on a 24 hour basis.
10.2 Video and audio surveillance is limited to the floor area only, and is not within the walls of the bathrooms or assessment rooms.
Video and Audio Surveillance. (a) For security purposes, Ninja Academy uses video and audio surveillance equipment to monitor the Centre on a 24 hour basis.
(b) By signing this Agreement, the Member acknowledges and agrees that video and audio surveillance is in the best interest of the staff, visitors, and Members of the Centre.
(c) The Member further acknowledges and agrees that in order to promote the Centre, Ninja Academy may take photographs and/or videos of the Centre, its facilities, equipment and that these photographs and/or videos may include photographs and/or footage of the Member. The Member hereby authorises Ninja Academy to use such photographs and/or video footage in its absolute discretion for promotion and marketing purposes.
Video and Audio Surveillance. The Village and/or any of its agents will not routinely view or audit recorded video and/or audio surveillance or Global Positioning System (GPS) data for the purpose of obtaining evidence to discipline bargaining unit members. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Village may rely on audio and/or video surveillance information for purposes of discipline if: (a) an investigation of bargaining unit member(s) has been initiated, and the bargaining unit member(s) are subject of a complaint filed pursuant to the Uniform Peace Officer's Disciplinary Act; or (b) there is a reason independent of the video, audio or GPS evidence to believe the member has engaged

b) By accepting this Agreement you acknowledge that by accessing the centre you will be subject to video and audio surveillance and recording.

Video and Audio Surveillance. For security purposes, the Sports Centre uses video surveillance equipment to monitor the Fitness Centre on a 24 hour basis.
