Common use of Violence Prevention and Control Clause in Contracts

Violence Prevention and Control. (a) The Employer agrees that no form of verbal, physical, sexual, racial or other abuse of registered nurses will be condoned in the workplace. Any registered nurse who believes the situation to be abusive shall report this to the immediate supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the abusive situation.
