Violence Prevention and Control. The Employer agrees that no form of verbal, physical, sexual, racial or other abuse of employees will be condoned in the workplace. (a) The Employer in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall develop, establish and put into effect, violence prevention and control measures, procedures, practices, equipment and training for the health and safety of workers. (b) At least once a year the violence prevention and control measures, procedures, practices, equipment and training shall be reviewed and revised in the light of current knowledge and practice. (c) The review and revision shall be done more frequently than annually if; (i) the Employer, on the advice of the joint health and safety committee or health and safety representative, if any, determines that such review and revision is necessary; or
