Vision Care Plan. 19.11.01 The Company will pay the full cost of a Vision Care Plan. 19.11.02 The benefits for each employee and each eligible dependent to be not more than three hundred and twenty-five dollars ($325.00) reimbursement for eyeglasses, contact lenses or laser eye surgery in each period of twenty-four (24) consecutive calendar months, except that for contact lenses prescribed for severe corneal situations, as set out in the Air Canada Employee Benefits Program, available on the Aeronet under XxXX, My Employee Benefits, Employee Benefits – Customer Service Agents, Healthcare, the maximum amount payable shall be three hundred and sixty dollars ($360.00), payable once during the entire period the person is insured.
