Vision Coverage. The Board shall provide for a vision care program that provides for eye examinations, lenses and frames. The vision care benefit plan will include one (1) comprehensive vision examination every twelve (12) months, and lenses and frames every twelve (12) months. For each teacher covered by this agreement, the Board shall pay all but $1. 00 per year of the premium cost for either a single or family plan. Additional costs shall be shared equally between the board and the individual teacher.
