Volume Reports. Contractor shall furnish sales reports to the State’s principal representative identified in §16 or named successor 15 days after the end of each calendar quarter. The quarter periods are January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30, and October 1 to December 31 of any given year. Contractor shall provide a report to the State’s principal representative identified in §16 or named successor detailing the total sales to all Ordering Entities in conjunction with this Price Agreement. Specifically, the reports shall include: a. The total dollars spent by State Agencies; b. The total estimated dollars saved by State Agencies for that period; c. The total dollars spent by Institutions of Higher Education; d. The total estimated dollars saved by Institutions of Higher Education for that period; e. The total dollars spent by Political Subdivisions and non-profit entities; f. The total estimated dollars saved by Political Subdivisions and non-profit entities for that period; g. The dollar value of purchases paid for with the State’s Purchasing Card as opposed to traditional methods of payment; and h. The total dollars spent by each of these aforementioned entities on Environmentally Preferable services, including applicable discount savings, as such services are defined in the State’s Environmentally Preferable Purchasing Policy. i. Contractor shall be required to provide Colorado specific reporting in the form set forth on the website of the State Purchasing Office: xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/PriceAwd.nsf/Forms+Info+Pages?OpenView . ii. Any modifications made to the volume report requirements will be a collaborative effort between the State Purchasing Office and the Contractor. The needs of the State, however, shall be the primary factor considered in determining reporting requirements. iii. Contractor also shall be required to provide a comprehensive sales history to the State’s principal representative identified in §16 or named successor in the form set forth as Exhibit C Volume detail report at the end of each calendar quarter. The Volume detail report shall identify the Ordering Entity name, Position Descriptions placed, quantity of services sold at the number of hours charged, minimum and maximum hourly contract rates, actual hourly rate charged, extended dollar amount, and overall total spend for that period, including all Ordering Entity spend with MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/VBE temporary leased workers or subcontractors. Volume Reports. The State will use a centralized method of tracking volume. Contractor shall provide a quarterly volume report to the State within thirty (30) calendar days following the end of the State Fiscal Year quarter that the report covers. The quarterly volume report shall be submitted in a form as directed by the State, which may be modified by the State from time to time. The quarterly volume report shall contain, at a minimum, all of the following: i. A summary volume report that includes, but is not limited to, all of the following for the quarter that the report covers: a. The total spent by each type of Purchasing Entity under this Participating Addendum. b. The total of the list cost of all items purchased by each type of Purchasing Entity under this Participating Addendum. c. The total estimated cost savings for each type of Purchasing Entity under this Participating Addendum, calculated as the total list cost minus the total spent for that Purchasing Entity. d. The total paid through the use of a procurement card or credit card for each Purchasing Entity under this Participating Addendum. e. The amount of the total administrative fee due to the State. ii. Any additional summary information as requested by the State. A detail report that includes, but is not limited to, all of the following for each sale that occurred during the quarter that the report covers: a. The name of the Purchasing Entity who the sale was made to. b. The date of the sale. c. A listing of each item purchased in the sale, including the name of the item, the quantity of the item, the unit price for the item, the extended cost for the item calculated by multiplying the unit price by the quantity, the list price per unit for the item, the extended list cost for the item calculated by multiplying the quantity by the list price, and the savings on the item calculated by subtracting the extended cost from the extended list cost. d. Any other detail information as requested by the State.
Volume Reports. The Company will maintain complete and accurate records of the number of CCS Units said to Tier 1 Suppliers for installation in components designated for installation onto Designated Vehicles and Other Ford Vehicles. The Company will deliver to Ford, within thirty (30) days after the end of each quarter, a detailed report (the "Volume Report") specifying the number of CCS Units sold to each Tier 1 Supplier for installation in components designated for installation into Designated Vehicles and Other Ford Vehicles during such quarter, the total number of CCS Units sold to all Tier 1 Suppliers for installation in components designated for installation into Designated Vehicles and Other Ford Vehicles during the current calendar year and the Cumulative Total sold by the Company to the Tier 1 Suppliers for installation in components designated for installation into Designated Vehicles and Other Ford Vehicles during the Exclusive Period.
Volume Reports. The State intends to use the centralized method of tracking volume. Contractor shall furnish the SPO sales/volume reports 30 calendar days after the end of each calendar quarter. The quarter periods are: January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30, and October 1 to December 31, of any given year. i. Contractor must provide SPO a report detailing its total sales to all Ordering Entities within the State, each reporting period. The Volume detail report, for the quarter being reported, shall contain the following: the date of each sale, Ordering Entity name, the items purchased, quantity, unit price, extended cost (quantity x unit price), list price per unit, extended list cost (quantity x list price /unit), and savings (extended list cost minus extended cost). Additionally, Contractor must provide a summarized report in a form substantially equivalent to Exhibit C (Sample Summary Contractor Volume Report) attached hereto and incorporated herein, and in a format requested by the SPO such as an Excel spreadsheet. Reports shall be sent via email to the Primary Contact identified in §16 (Notices and Representatives) or assigned successor. Specifically, the reports must include:

  • Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department. The usage report shall be in a format specified by the user agency/department and shall be submitted 90 days prior to the expiration date of the contract term, or any subsequent renewal term, if applicable.

  • Engineering Reports (a) Not less than 30 days prior to each Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination Date, commencing with the Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination to occur on or around March 15, 2007, the Borrower shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a Reserve Report. The Reserve Reports delivered in connection with each March 15 Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination, commencing March 15, 2007, shall be prepared by certified independent petroleum engineers or other independent petroleum consultant(s) acceptable to the Administrative Agent. The Reserve Reports delivered in connection with each September 15 Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination, commencing September 15, 2007, shall be prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower and a Responsible Officer shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate and to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination Reserve Report. (b) In the event of an unscheduled redetermination, the Borrower shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a Reserve Report prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Obligors together with the certificate of a Responsible Officer who shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate and to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding Reserve Report. For any unscheduled redetermination requested by the Lenders or the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.08(d), the Borrower shall provide such Reserve Report with an “as of” date as required by the Lenders as soon as possible, but in any event no later than 30 days following the receipt of the request by the Administrative Agent. (c) With the delivery of each Reserve Report, the Borrower shall provide, or cause to be provided, to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, a certificate from a Responsible Officer certifying that, to the best of his knowledge and in all material respects: (i) the information contained in the Reserve Report and any other information delivered in connection therewith is true and correct, (ii) the Obligors and the Partnerships own good and marketable title to the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in such Reserve Report and such Properties are free of all Liens except for Liens permitted by Section 9.03, (iii) except as set forth on an exhibit to the certificate, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to its Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in such Reserve Report which would require any Obligor to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor, (iv) none of Obligor’s or and the Partnerships’ Oil and Gas Properties have been sold since the date of the last Borrowing Base determination except as set forth on an exhibit to the certificate, which certificate shall list all of its Oil and Gas Properties sold and in such detail as reasonably required by the Administrative Agent, (v) attached to the certificate is a list of its Oil and Gas Properties added to and deleted from the immediately prior Reserve Report and a list showing any change in working interest or net revenue interest in its Oil and Gas Properties occurring and the reason for such change, (vi) attached to the certificate is a list of all Persons disbursing proceeds to the Obligors from their Oil and Gas Properties, and (vii) all of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated by such Reserve Report are Mortgaged Property except as set forth on a schedule attached to the certificate.

  • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.

  • Accurate Reports No Information Package or Interim Information Package (if prepared by such Seller Party, or to the extent information therein was supplied by such Seller Party) or other information, exhibit, financial statement, document, book, record or report furnished or to be furnished by or on behalf of such Seller Party to any Agent or any Investor pursuant to this Agreement was or will be inaccurate in any material respect as of the date it was or will be dated or (except as otherwise disclosed to such Agent or Purchaser at such time) as of the date so furnished, or contained or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will contain any material misstatement of fact or omitted or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not materially misleading in light of the circumstances made or presented.

  • Trading Reports During such time as the Public Securities are listed on the Exchange, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at the Company’s expense, such reports published by Exchange relating to price trading of the Public Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request.

  • Engineering Report Lender shall have received a current Engineering Report with respect to the Property, which report shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.

  • Weekly Reports The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: Class Notices mailed or re-mailed, Class Notices returned undelivered, Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received, objections received, challenges to Workweeks and/or Pay Periods received and/or resolved, and checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”). The Weekly Reports must include provide the Administrator’s assessment of the validity of Requests for Exclusion and attach copies of all Requests for Exclusion and objections received.

  • Remittance Reports (a) The Remittance Report for each Distribution Date shall identify the following items, in addition to the items specified in Section 4.01 of the Standard Terms: (1) the Interest Distribution Amount for each Class of the Certificates for such Distribution Date (which shall equal the Priority Interest Distribution Amount for the Corresponding Subaccount) and the Carryover Interest Distribution Amount, as well as any Writedown Interest Distribution Amount and any Carryover Writedown Interest Distribution Amount, for each Class of the Certificates for such Distribution Date, and the amount of interest of each such category to be distributed on each such Class based upon the Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date; (2) the amount to be distributed on such Distribution Date on each Class of the Certificates to be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class (which will be equal to the amount to be allocated on such Distribution Date on the Corresponding Subaccount to be applied to reduce the Subaccount Principal Balance of such Subaccount), separately identifying any portion of such amount attributable to any prepayments, the amount to be distributed to reduce the Principal Distribution Shortfall Carryover Amount on each such Class based upon the Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date. (3) the aggregate amount, if any, to be distributed on the Residual Certificates; (4) the amount of any Writedown Amounts to be allocated to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of any Class of Subordinated Certificates (which will be equal to the amount of any Writedown Amount to be allocated to the Corresponding Subaccount) on such Distribution Date; (5) the amount of the Limited Guarantee Payment Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date and the aggregate amount of any unpaid Limited Guarantee Payment Amounts for any previous Distribution Dates; (6) the Certificate Principal Balance of each Class of the Certificates (which will be equal to the Subaccount Principal Balance of the Corresponding Subaccount) and the Adjusted Certificate Principal Balance of each Class of the Offered Subordinated Certificates (which will be equal to the Adjusted Subaccount Principal Balance of the Corresponding Subaccount) after giving effect to the distributions to be made (and any Writedown Amounts to be allocated) on such Distribution Date; (7) the aggregate Interest Distribution Amount remaining unpaid, if any, and the aggregate Carryover Interest Distribution Amount remaining unpaid, if any, for each Class of Certificates (which will be equal to the Priority Interest Distribution Amount and Carryover Interest Distribution Amount remaining unpaid on the Corresponding Subaccount), after giving effect to all distributions to be made on such Distribution Date; (8) the aggregate Writedown Interest Distribution Amount remaining unpaid, if any, and the aggregate Carryover Writedown Interest Distribution Amount remaining unpaid, if any, for each Class of Certificates (which will be equal to such amounts remaining unpaid on the Corresponding Subaccount), after giving effect to all distributions to be made on such Distribution Date; and (9) the aggregate Principal Distribution Shortfall Carryover Amount remaining unpaid, if any, for each Class of Certificates, after giving effect to the distributions to be made on such Distribution Date. In the case of information furnished pursuant to clauses (1), (2) and (3) above, the amounts shall be expressed, with respect to any Class A, Class M or Class B Certificate, as a dollar amount per $1,000 denomination. (b) In addition to mailing a copy of the related Remittance Report to each Certificateholder on each Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01 of the Standard Terms, on each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall mail a copy of the related Remittance Report to the Underwriters (to the attention of the person, if any, reported to the Trustee by the Underwriters) and to THE BLOOMBERG (to the address and to the person, if any specified to the Trustee by Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation). The Trustee shall not be obligated to mail any Remittance Report to THE BLOOMBERG unless and until Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation shall have notified the Trustee in writing of the name and address to which such reports are to be mailed, which notice, once delivered, will be effective for all Distribution Dates after the date such notice is received by the Trustee unless and until superseded by a subsequent notice.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Monthly Reports No later than 10:00 a.m., Chicago, Illinois time, two Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustees and each Rating Agency a Monthly Report.
