VOLUNTARY TRANSFERS AND REASSIGNMENTS. A. Employees who desire a change in working assignment or who desire to transfer to another building may file a written statement of such desire with the Superintendent not later than April 1 of the academic year preceding the academic year for which the change is desired. Such statement shall include the assignment to which the employee desires to be assigned and the location of school to which he desires to be transferred in the order of preference. Employees who are unsuccessful in having their transfer or reassignment honored shall indicate in writing to the Superintendent each year if they continue to desire a change.
