Common use of Wage Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Wage Adjustments. ‌ Effective July 1, 2015, the wage scale in effect on July 1, 2014 shall increase by one percent (1%). Effective July 1, 2016, the wage scale shall increase by one percent (1%). Effective July 1, 2017, the wage scale shall increase by two and one quarter percent (2.25%).

Wage Adjustments. ‌ Effective July 1, 20152006, the wage scale in effect on July 1, 2014 2005, shall increase by one four percent (14%). Effective July 1, 20162007, the wage scale shall increase by one three percent (13%). Effective July 1, 20172008, the wage scale shall increase by two and one quarter three percent (2.253%).
