Special Adjustments. Effective April 1, 2010 – Add a special adjustment of one and one-half per cent (1.5%) to the wage rate for the following job classifications: Laboratory Assistant I (Benchmark #15201) Laboratory Assistant II (Benchmark #15202) Laboratory Assistant II (A) (Benchmark #15205) Laboratory Assistant III (Benchmark #15203) Laboratory Assistant IV (Benchmark #15204) Nursing Assistant I (Sterile Supply) (Benchmark #15303) Nursing Assistant II (Sterile Supply) (Benchmark #15306) Nursing Assistant III (Sterile Supply) (Benchmark #15308) Nursing Assistant IV (Sterile Supply) (Benchmark #15315) Buyer (Benchmark #10907) Buyer Supervisor (Benchmark #10908) Accountant I (Benchmark #10217) Accountant II (Benchmark #10218) Accounting Supervisor (Benchmark #10216) Nursing Unit Assistant (Benchmark #10317) Nursing Unit Clerk (Benchmark #10104) Effective January 1, 2013, add a general wage increase of two percent (2.0%) to all rate levels found in the Schedule. Effective April 1, 2013, add a general wage increase of one percent (1.0%) to all rate levels found in the Schedule.
Special Adjustments. Effective April 1, 2010 – Add a special adjustment of one and one-half per cent (1.5%) to the wage rate for the follow- ing job classifications:
Special Adjustments. Special salary adjustments may be made at the discretion of the Pxxxxxx/VPAA. The money for all special adjustments is excluded from the calculated cost of the contract. These special adjustments serve five specific purposes: 1) to correct obvious problems in base salary which may develop for a variety of reasons, 2) to make market corrections to retain valued faculty members; 3) to counter, match, or exceed bona fide written offers from other institutions; 4) to reward professional contributions to the University of an extraordinary nature; and 5) to handle other special individual circumstances which could not have been foreseen. The University administration will report all special adjustments to the Executive Committee of FAC. The report will contain the names of all individuals receiving a special adjustment, the amount of the adjustment, and the rationale for the adjustment. The Executive Committee of FAC will report the names of the individuals receiving special adjustments to the general membership of FAC.
Special Adjustments. (i) Prior to the earlier of a Qualified Investment or September 30, 2001, if the Company issues any warrants for warrant shares of identical classes as the Warrant Shares in connection with a loan to the Company (the "SUBSEQUENT WARRANTS") that provide for an exercise price per warrant share that is lower than the Exercise Price set forth in Section 1(d) herein, the Exercise Price will be reduced to the Exercise Price in such Subsequent Warrants.
(ii) As described in the foregoing subsections of Section 1(e), the

The Gross Asset Values of Company assets shall be increased (or decreased) to reflect any adjustments to the adjusted basis of such assets pursuant to IRC Section 734(b) or IRC Section 743(b), but only to the extent that such adjustments are required to be taken into account in determining Capital Accounts pursuant to Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv)(m) and subparagraph 2.4 of this Exhibit "A"; provided, however, that Gross Asset Values shall not be adjusted pursuant to this subparagraph 1.
Special Adjustments. Special Adjustments. Effective April 1st, 2006, and concurrently with the granting of the general wage increase, add a special adjustment of three and one-half percent (3.5%) to narrow the wage differential with the Facilities Subsector. Effective April 1st, 2006, match the Scheduler 1 benchmark to grid 9 and the Scheduler 2 benchmark to grid 10. Effective April 1st, 2006 match the Audiometric Technician 1 benchmark to grid 8 and the Audiometric Technician 2 benchmark to grid 10. Effective April 1st, 2006 add a special adjustment to place the Practical Nursing Care Worker classification on a benchmark-specific grid level with a top step of $22.15 per hour and another three steps below the top step to be determined based on current differentials in grid 10. This benchmark-specific grid level will be included in Schedule B (Wage Schedule) but will not be available for any other purpose and will not be referred to by either party in any other matter. Effective April 1st, 2007 add a special adjustment to place the Practical Nursing Care Worker classification on a benchmark-specific grid level with a top step of $22.93 per hour and another three steps below the top step to be determined based on differentials established above. This benchmark-specific grid level will be included in Schedule B (Wage Schedule) but will not be available for any other purpose and will not be referred to by either party in any other matter. Effective April 1st, 2008 add a special adjustment to place the Practical Nursing Care Worker classification on a benchmark-specific grid level with a top step of $23.74 per hour and another three steps below the top step to be determined based on differentials established above. This benchmark-specific grid level will be included in Schedule B (Wage Schedule) but will not be available for any other purpose and will not be referred to by either party in any other matter. Effective April 1st, 2009 add a special adjustment to place the Practical Nursing Care Worker classification on a benchmark-specific grid level with a top step of $24.75 per hour and another three steps below the top step to be determined based on differentials established above. This benchmark-specific grid level will be included in Schedule B (Wage Schedule) but will not be available for any other purpose and will not be referred to by either party in any other matter. These adjustments will have no impact whatsoever on the classification system.
Special Adjustments. A. In the event of a Transfer of all or any part of the Partnership Interest of any Partner, the Partnership shall elect, pursuant to Section 754 of the Code (or corresponding provisions of succeeding law) to adjust the basis of Partnership assets. Any adjustments made pursuant to Section 754 shall affect only the successor in interest to the transferring Partner. Each Partner will furnish the Partnership with all information necessary to give effect to such election.
B. If, as a result of an adjustment made by the IRS and accepted by the Partnership any item shall be capitalized, then the depreciation or cost recovery for the amount so capitalized shall be appropriately allocated, as determined by the Accountants, to those Partners affected by the adjustment.
Special Adjustments. July 29, 2018 to October 1, 2022: The Classifications in Representation Unit 002 shall receive an increase effective December 30, 2018 that is inclusive of both the salary increase pursuant to subsections 11.B.1. (Key Classifications [Except Stationary Engineer]) and
Special Adjustments. 128. In addition to the general wage increases provided for above, additional pay increases and adjustments shall apply as described in this section.
a. Fire Safety Inspectors 129. i. Parity. Fire Safety Inspectors shall receive parity on salary, overtime, holidays, and educational incentives as it pertains to the H-4 Inspector classification.
