WAGES AND PAYMENT. 8.1 The minimum rate of wages for working foremen shall be fifteen percent (15%) per hour above the Journeyman’s basic hourly rate.
WAGES AND PAYMENT. The Seafarer agrees to receive monthly wages as stipulated in Part A. Wages are calculated on a 30-day basis. Whilst serving on board the vessel the Seafarer may request the Employer to remit a fixed monthly allotment in accordance with the Employer’s company policy into a designated bank account.
