Waiver of Election for Newly. Represented Employees and New Representation Units: The accretion of classifications and/or employees to the representation units set forth in Section 1. of this Memorandum of Understanding shall not require an election herein for the application of this Agency Shop provision to such classifications and/or employees. The recognition of newly-established bargaining units and the inclusion of same within Section 1. of this Memorandum of Understanding shall also not require an election herein for the application of this Agency Shop provision to such units.
