Waivers of Lien. Contractor shall submit a complete list of major suppliers and/or subcontractors who will be providing material and/or labor for the performance of the Work. Contractor shall submit with each payment request waivers of lien from each major supplier and/or subcontractor. that meet the requirements of Civil Code Sections 8132 through 8138.
Waivers of Lien. Consultant shall provide waivers of lien from itself with each invoice for the full amount of the invoice. Consultant shall provide waivers of lien from any and all subconsultants and general suppliers performing Services or providing materials pursuant to this Agreement as requested by the Authority after payment for such Services. The Authority will not make payment on any invoices received unless accompanied by lien waivers when requested.
Waivers of Lien. Contractor shall, from time to time at Owner’s request and in any event prior to Final Payment, furnish to Owner such receipts, releases, affidavits, certificates, and other evidence as may be necessary to establish, to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner, that no lien against the Work or the public funds held by Owner exists in favor of any person whatsoever for or by reason of any equipment, material, supplies, or other item furnished, labor performed, or other thing done in connection with the Work or this Contract (“Lien”) and that no right to file any Lien exists in favor of any person whatsoever.
Waivers of Lien. Landlord herein reserves the right to --------------- request from the Tenant Waivers of Lien in the event Tenant shall commence to do interior repairs to said premises. In the event the Landlord requests such Waivers of Lien, he shall supply the same to the Tenant and the Tenant shall have the same executed by all suppliers of material and labor to said Demised Premises prior to the commencement of said work.
Waivers of Lien with original signatures from Tenant’s General Contractor, each Subcontractor for the amounts specified in Item 5 and those suppliers which we have Notice to Owners on file. No partial Waivers of Lien will be accepted.
Waivers of Lien. Subcontractor shall submit a complete list of suppliers and/or subcontractors who will be providing material and/or labor for the operation of this Subcontract and shall include in their schedule of values for each payment request a complete list of all subcontractors, suppliers and other third party obligations, amount owed each supplier and/or subcontractor, and waivers of lien and surety bond claims for the previous month from each supplier and/or subcontractor. The payment request form, monthly partial and final lien and surety bond claim release forms to be used are included with these documents. Subcontractor agrees to provide other such lien releases, sworn statements, etc. as may be requested by the Owner or the Owner’s Lender.
Waivers of Lien. A. With each application for payment, PROJECT MANAGER shall provide to Owner (1) Conditional waivers of lien from PROJECT MANAGER, from each Material Supplier, and from each Subcontractor to the PROJECT MANAGING confirming payment for all Work and materials covered by the application, and (2) Certification from each Material Supplier and Subcontractor covered in a prior application for payment that previous conditional waivers of lien have become unconditional. Waivers of liens shall be in a form satisfactory to Owner, title insurer, and lenders. PROJECT MANAGER shall furnish any supplemental waivers of lien as may be reasonably required by Owner, title insurer, or lenders. Conditional waivers of lien become unconditional on receipt of the payment which is requested.
Waivers of Lien. At DDI’s request and as a prerequisite to payment, Contractor shall submit a sworn statement and construction lien waivers to DDI covering the Services for which Contractor is seeking payment. Final waivers of lien shall be delivered to DDI as a prerequisite to final payment to the Contractor.
Waivers of Lien. Each Application for Payment shall be accompanied by duly executed and correctly completed waivers of lien, in the same form as Exhibit C or otherwise in form satisfactory to the Owner, executed by the Contractor, each Subcontractor and every other person or entity entitled to assert a lien or claim against the Project.
