Washington State Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML. 18 Employees shall be eligible to receive Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) under the Washington 19 State Family and Medical Leave and Insurance Act. To be eligible for this leave, employees must 20 have worked a minimum of 820 hours within the past calendar year. Such leave shall be used 21 consecutively with an employee’s accrued paid leave. Commencing September 1, 2020, the District 22 shall fully comply with the PFML legislation.
