Common use of Wearing Apparel Clause in Contracts

Wearing Apparel. Where the Employer requires an employee to wear smocks or aprons, the Employer shall provide such smocks and aprons free of cost to the employee. The Employer shall provide each employee with two (2) new shirts each calendar year. Employees shall be responsible for laundering and pressing these items. Employees who terminate their employment with the Employer shall return these items to their store. New employees shall receive one (1) shirt when they are hired and a second shirt within six months. Special clothing, such as rain capes and parkas, are to be supplied by the Employer where required
