Common use of Wearing Apparel Clause in Contracts

Wearing Apparel. The Employer shall make available a xxxxx or apron to each employee. Hairnets will be supplied by the Employer and must be worn by employees whenever working with open food. Employees are required to supply their own safety footwear. The Employer may develop a dress standard for employees, including hairnets and hats. The dress standard will include personal appearance standards, as well as, style and colour of pants and shirts.
