Website Link. Company shall have the right in its sole discretion to approve any trademark/logo of Company used by Customer on Customer’s website, its placement within its website, and the use of any statements or claims in connection with such trademark/logo or Company’s products and services on its website. All uses of Company’s trademark/logo made by Customer shall inure to the benefit of Company. Customer shall not copy or capture any portion of Company’s website or any of its content within frames on Customer’s website, or otherwise present or display Company’s website content or represent Company’s website as Customer’s in any manner. Customer shall ensure that the link from its website to Company’s website connects the visitor to Company’s website unencumbered in any manner.
Website Link. The Employer shall assure that the Union has its own URL link on the IHS Homepage Website.
Website Link. The School shall provide TriHealth and Beacon with a direct link on School website(s) and any school-maintained social media channels shall link to the Beacon and TriHealth websites. Beacon and TriHealth will be the only medical and sports medicine providers permitted to advertise on School websites and social media sites. The School will also promote TriHealth and Beacon on any School-supported online media channels.
Website Link. Seller agrees that upon the request of Buyer, Seller shall include on Seller's Internet site a link to Buyer's home page in a prominent location. Seller and Buyer shall cooperate in good faith to determine the appropriate location and form of such link. Seller shall include such link for a period of two (2) years from the Closing.
Website Link. Customer grants TNL the right to link Customer’s Site to TNL’s website under current or future web pages highlighting customer sites. Customer has the right to review any and all materials and content to be displayed on a TNL customer related page at the TNL website. TNL shall have the right to terminate the link from TNL’s Site in the event TNL determines in its sole discretion that the Customer’s linked website is unsuitable or TNL no longer wishes to link to Customer’s website.
Website Link. Drayton Entertainment shall maintain a registered website domain for the Huron Country Playhouse (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). The website shall acknowledge the Municipality of South Huron as the naming sponsor with a link to the Municipality of South Huron website.
Website Link. 2.6.1 Unless the Client specifically requests otherwise the Contractor when carrying out the Work will insert its name in the footer of the site as a link.
2.6.2 The Client shall allow the Contractor after completing the Work to insert into the Contractor's own website a link to the Work from the Contractor’s own website.
Website Link. The Company shall cause the Team to provide a link to the LVCVA’s website on the home page of the Team’s website. If the Company develops a Ball Park website, the Company shall provide a link to the LVCVA’s website on the home page of the Ball Park website. LVCVA shall have the right to approve the placement of, and the logo related to, these links.
Website Link. PABC shall link to Baltimore’s car-sharing webpage on the home page of the PABC website. PABC and _ shall coordinate on other marketing and advertising activities on an as needed basis as opportunities arise.
