TIME ALLOWANCES. Section 1. Ten (10) minutes preparatory time for use in properly performing their duties required by the City shall be included in all regularly assigned runs. In addition, all split or two-piece runs will pay an additional ten (10) minutes preparatory time on the second pullout.

TIME ALLOWANCES. Section 1: All operators when putting a coach into service from the garage (outside of reliefs) shall receive a preparatory time allowance of fifteen (15) minutes. Operators making a road relief at their regular scheduled hours of their platform assignment shall receive a preparatory time allowance of ten (10) minutes. Operators who make a second road relief during the day shall not be entitled to any additional preparatory time for that relief. The preparatory time as provided herein is for duties required to perform their scheduled work assignment.

TIME ALLOWANCES. All bus drivers are required to report for duty at the garage twenty (20) minutes prior to their schedule route departure time. The preparatory time is provided for the inspection of equipment and other duties required to perform their work. There will be twenty (20) minutes preparation time in the morning prior to the buses first trip of each day and ten (10) minutes preparation time in the afternoon of each day. Preparation time is limited to regular runs unless a special trip qualifies as a call out.
TIME ALLOWANCES. The District will provide all employees covered by this MOA a work week of forty (40) hours, consisting of five (5) days of eight (8) hours each day, with two consecutive rest days in each seven (7) day period, or four (4) ten (10) hour days with three (3) consecutive rest days. Eight (8) consecutive hours worked will constitute a workday, excluding meal and rest periods. Normal working hours will be posted for each position. The District will have the ability to change the start time of a posted/scheduled shift two (2) hours either side of the start time. Any start time change beyond two (2) hours will be bulletined as per Article 6.
TIME ALLOWANCES. It is understood and agreed that Committeepersons as well as other employees have regular Company duties to perform. The Committeeperson, with the approval of the Supervisor concerned (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld), shall be permitted during working hours, without loss of time or pay, to leave regular duties for a reasonable length of time, but not to exceed twenty (20) hours per week in the case of the Chairperson and five (5) hours per week in the case of the Committeepersons, to investigate and settle grievances, and review overtime verification, P.A.A., T.P.T. administration, and safety/BEST initiatives.
