DAY COVERAGE. This shift schedule is intended for work greater than two (2) weeks in duration; however, it is recognized that unforeseen circumstances may require the cancellation of this schedule. These provisions will only apply to work performed on Lines and Stations as follows: “for emergency work until the system is restored to the pre-emergent state” If in the transition onto or off this 7-day shift schedule an employee would receive less than 40 paid hours in a pay period, the employee shall receive the difference between the total paid hours for that pay period and 40 hours’ pay. This does not apply to those employees who are laid off during or at the end of the schedule. The employee(s) shift schedule consists of four consecutive shifts (day, afternoon, or night) followed by four scheduled days off. Shift overlap may be required. Shift work may be established by the Employer to provide seven days per week work coverage, on a one, two, or three shift per day basis. When this occurs, a specific shift arrangement will be established by the Employer detailing the shift schedule to be worked. The Employer will provide the Union with 48 hours’ notice prior to the implementation of these shift provisions. First Shift Regularly scheduled hours of work, Monday to Friday inclusive, shall be paid at straight time hourly rates. Second Shift Regularly scheduled hours of work, Monday to Friday inclusive, shall be paid at straight time hourly rates, plus a shift differential which shall be equal to the Shift Differential as found in the collective agreement for this shift. Third Shift Regularly scheduled hours of work, Monday to Friday inclusive, shall be paid at straight time hourly rates, plus a shift differential which shall be equal to the Shift Differential as found in the collective agreement for this shift. All Shifts Regularly scheduled hours of work on Saturday, Sunday, Statutory and Recognized Holidays shall be paid the appropriate overtime rate for that trade. Recognized Holidays will be observed on the actual day on which the holiday occurs or as declared by legislation. The rate for the shift will be based on the day in which the shift begins. An unpaid lunch period of one-half hour shall be allowed to be taken no later than five hours after the commencement of a shift. DAY COVERAGE. This warranty is for a period of 90 days from date of release to the original purchaser. It covers the installation of customer requested items, (e.g., installation of rear and side stake racks, liftgates, and other accessories installed but not manufactured by Xxxxxx). Xxxxxx also offers a 90 day warranty on labor and installation work performed at any Xxxxxx-owned Service facility.
DAY COVERAGE. This warranty is for a period of 30 days from the date of release to the original purchaser. It covers the mounting of the body to the chassis by a Xxxxxx manufacturing facility, and mounting hardware and components supplied by Xxxxxx.

DAY COVERAGE. The following provisions shall apply to the Company’s employees employed at its Scotts Road farm site. (a) Employees will ensure seven day coverage by a combination of day work and "on-call" availability, which will be agreed to by the Company and the Farm employees. Overtime is part of the Annualised wage and no additional monies will be paid for overtime. (b) Call-ins" are part of and are covered by the Annualised wage and no additional monies will be paid for call-ins. (c) Those farm employees who work on a public holiday will be entitled to a day off in lieu at a time agreeable to his/her team. Where a public holiday falls on a day an employee is not scheduled to work the employee will not get paid for the public holiday as the day will be treated the same as if the holiday were to fall on an unworked Saturday. (d) Sick leave will be 76 hours for each 12 months of service and paid at the new Annualised wage on an hourly basis in accordance with the requirement of the Award. (e) Annual leave will be 152 hours for each 12 months of service and paid at the new Annualised wage on an hourly basis in accordance with the requirements of the Award. (f) RDO’s will equal 104 hours for each 12 months of service and paid at the new Annualised wage on an hourly basis in accordance with the requirements of the Award. (g) Details of the components and calculation of the Annualised wage are set out in "Schedule B" of the Agreement. (h) A week’s proportion of the Annualised wage will be paid weekly by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to an employee’s nominated bank or credit union account. A farm employee who holds the appropriate first aid certificate(s) will have his/her Annualised wage increased by $375.96 per annum. ($7.23 per week).

  • Family Coverage The employee’s cost for family coverage will be nineteen and one-half percent (19.5%) of the family rate for the employee’s Base Medical Plan. If the employee chooses a plan other than the Base Medical Plan, the employee’s cost will be the standard employee’s family rate established for that plan (i.e. the rate applicable where it has not been modified to be a zone’s Base Medical Plan). The employer shall pay the rate over and above the employee’s cost for the Base Medical Plan.

  • Primary Coverage Contractor’s insurance shall apply as primary and shall not seek contribution from any insurance or self-insurance maintained by, or provided to, the additional insureds listed above including, at a minimum, the State of Washington and/or any Purchaser. All insurance or self-insurance of the State of Washington and/or Purchasers shall be excess of any insurance provided by Contractor or subcontractors.

  • Disability Coverage In the event a State employee goes on an extended medical disability, or is receiving Workers’ Compensation benefits, the Employer-policyholder shall continue at no cost to the employee the coverage of the group life insurance for such employee for the period of such extended leave, but not beyond two (2) years.

  • Liability Coverage For the benefit of System Agency, Grantee will at all times maintain liability insurance coverage, referred to in Tex. Gov. Code § 2261.102, as “director and officer liability coverage” or similar coverage for all persons in management or governing positions within Grantee’s organization or with management or governing authority over Grantee’s organization (collectively “responsible persons”). Grantee will: 1. maintain copies of liability policies on site for inspection by System Agency and will submit copies of policies to System Agency upon request. 2. maintain liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than the total value of this Contract and that is sufficient to protect the interests of System Agency in the event an actionable act or omission by a responsible person damages System Agency’s interests. 3. notify, and obtain prior approval from, the System Agency Contract Oversight and Support Section before settling a claim on the insurance.

  • General Liability Coverage The CONTRACTOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a commercial general liability insurance form or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the work to be performed under this Agreement or the general aggregate limit shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit.

  • Warranty Coverage If a product becomes defective within the Xantrex LLC contractual warranty period, one of the following options, as selected by Xantrex LLC, will be performed at no charge for materials or labor costs, unless this should be impossible or disproportionate. It is mandatory that customer notify Xantrex LLC of the Product defect within the Warranty Period, and provided that Xantrex LLC, or designated service partner, through inspection establishes the existence of such a defect and that it is covered by this Contractual Warranty: • Repairing the product onsite, • Repairing the product at Xantrex LLC, or designated repair facility, or • Exchange the Product with a Replacement Product (of equivalent value according to model and age) Alternatively, at Xantrex LLC's sole discretion, cash compensation equal to the Product’s residual value may be offered1. The term “disproportionate” applies in particular if the costs to Xantrex LLC were deemed unreasonable according to the following criteria: • With reference to the value the product would have without the defect • Taking into account the significance of the defect, and • After consideration of alternative workaround possibilities available to the customer without significant inconvenience If Xantrex LLC, or designated service partner, repairs or replaces a Product, its warranty continues for the remaining portion of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the date of the return shipment to the customer, whichever is greater. All replaced Products and all parts removed from repaired Products become the property of Xantrex LLC.

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Interest Coverage The Company will not permit the ratio of Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to Consolidated Interest Expense (in each case for the Company’s then most recently completed four fiscal quarters) to be less than 2.50 to 1.00 at any time.

  • Longer/Shorter Length of Coverage If none of the above rules determine the order of benefits, the benefits of the plan that covered a member or subscriber longer are determined before those of the plan that covered that person for the shorter term.

  • Continuing Coverage If a letter of assurance is obtained from any insurer under a Hazard Insurance policy or a Flood Insurance policy that the insurance coverage shall continue in full force and effect, the Servicer shall deposit such letter in the appropriate Servicer Mortgage Loan File.
