Weekends Off. (a) Each Nurse working seven and one-half (7.5) hour shifts shall have one (1) weekend off in each three (3) week period or at least sixteen (16) weekends off per year unless mutually agreed upon otherwise. The Employer will make every effort to maximize the number of weekends off per year for each Nurse. (b) Nurses who work rotations, shall receive the weekends off provided by the rotations agreed to between the Employer and the Union.
