Weekly Construction Coordination Meeting. Contractor shall have a representative with decision making authority for an on-site weekly meeting. Contractor shall have a representative from all active Subcontractors available at the meeting or be able to represent them with accurate information. The status of the two-week look ahead schedule will be discussed, in addition to job safety and other coordination matters. The Owner's Representative may attend these meetings and include his discretion. The Contractor will prepare minutes of the meeting and distribute to the participants.

  • Pre-Construction Meeting No more than seven (7) days from the issuance of the NTP, unless the County grants additional time, the County will conduct a pre-construction meeting with the Contractor’s project manager, Subcontractors, and the end-user to determine the actual project schedule, project access requirements and to address and resolve any customer concerns.

  • Pre-Construction Conference Participate in a Pre-Construction Conference prior to commencement of Work at the Site.

  • Preconstruction Meeting Furnish the names of the Certified Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Supervisor, Certified Foremen, Certified Installers and Certified Designer and notify the Engineer of changes in certified personnel over the life of the contract within 2 days of change. Any company performing work for the North Carolina Department of Transportation has the ethical responsibility to fully disclose any reprimand or dismissal of an employee resulting from improper testing or falsification of records.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Pre-Construction Phase Employer’s Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability in the amounts as set forth in the UGSC.

  • Contract Negotiation Meetings When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Alliance. Preparatory Contract Negotiation Meetings

  • Negotiation Meetings The first bargaining session shall be held at a mutually agreed time and date within fourteen (14) days of the request. All proposals by the parties shall be written and submitted to the representative(s) of both teams at the first meeting. No additional items shall be submitted by either party following the first meeting, unless mutually agreed by the parties. Additional ground rules, if any, will be established at the first meeting. Bargaining sessions shall not be scheduled during the regular teacher workday. Time and dates as used in this Article may be changed by mutual agreement.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement. 6.1 Except as specifically allowed by Owner, Contractor shall not be entitled to any increase in the Pre-Construction Phase Fee for any costs, expenses, liabilities or other obligations arising from the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services. 6.2 Costs associated with the following items are specifically, but not exclusively, included in the establishment of the Pre-Construction Phase Fee: profit and profit sharing; general overhead; salaries and labor; housing and relocation; estimating, scheduling and information management systems and software; contract administration; office expenses; printing and copying; consulting fees; legal or accounting fees; cost of money; taxes; insurance premiums and deductibles; bond costs; purchase or rental of equipment; utilities; travel; per diem; fines or penalties; and damage awards. 6.3 If the scope of the Pre-Construction Phase Services is changed materially, the Pre- Construction Phase Fee shall be equitably adjusted. If the AACC is changed materially before acceptance of the GMP Proposal, the Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be adjusted in writing in proportion to the change in the AACC. There shall be no adjustments in the Pre-Construction Phase Fee following acceptance of the GMP Proposal. 6.4 For Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services that are approved in advance and in writing by Owner, Contractor shall be entitled to additional compensation computed as follows: 6.4.1 A pre-established lump sum amount; or 6.4.2 The hourly cost of Contractor’s employees or consultants who actually perform the Additional Services based on the employee’s Worker Wage Rate or prorated Monthly Rate plus the actual cost of allowable expenses incurred in the performance of the Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services, plus an overhead and profit markup of ten percent (10%) of the total cost; or 6.4.3 As otherwise agreed in advance and in writing.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Lightyear to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Lightyear’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below. 2.1.9.2 “Order Coordination – Time Specific” (OC-TS) allows Lightyear to order a specific time for OC to take place. BellSouth will make every effort to accommodate Lightyear’s specific conversion time request. However, BellSouth reserves the right to negotiate with Lightyear a conversion time based on load and appointment control when necessary. This OC-TS is a chargeable option for all Loops except Unbundled Copper Loops (UCL) and Universal Digital Channel (UDC), and is billed in addition to the OC charge. Lightyear may specify a time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (location time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If Lightyear specifies a time outside this window, or selects a time or quantity of Loops that requires BellSouth technicians to work outside normal work hours, overtime charges will apply in addition to the OC and OC-TS charges. Overtime charges will be applied based on the amount of overtime worked and in accordance with the rates established in the Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, for each state. The OC-TS charges for an order due on the same day at the same location will be applied on a per Local Service Request (LSR) basis.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.
