The interventions that MUTUAIDE ASSISTANCE is required to perform are conducted in full compliance with national and international laws and regulations. They are, therefore, reliant on obtaining the necessary authorisations from the competent authorities. When MUTUAIDE ASSISTANCE has paid for the transport of an Insured, this person must return the ticket initially planned and unused. MUTUAIDE ASSISTANCE decides on the nature of the air ticketing made available to the Insured according to the possibilities offered by the airlines and the duration of the journey. We can only refund the Insured up on presentation of original paid invoices corresponding to costs incurred with our approval.
