Wheelchairs. Whilst every effort has been made to make the boats accessible to people in wheelchairs the maximum size that can be accommodated is a wheelchair with a width of up to 28” (71cms). No mobility scooters will be allowed on the Shropshire Lady. No wheelchair which weighs more than 200kg including the user is permitted to be used on board the Shropshire Lady.

Wheelchairs. We will decide if the equipment should be purchased or rented. Benefits are available for fitting, repairs and replacement, except when due to misuse, malicious damage or gross neglect or to replace lost or stolen items. These Benefits apply to external DME. Unless otherwise excluded, items that are fully implanted into the body are a Covered Health Care Service for which Benefits are available under the applicable medical/surgical Covered Health Care Service categories in this Policy.

Service animals are allowed in the passenger cabin free of charge. The owner or handler must accompany the service animal at all times. OXYGEN - Passengers needing onboard medical oxygen must obtain an Airline-Approved Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) for their own personal use while onboard the aircraft. Passengers are allowed to use their own FAA-authorized POC or a rented POC onboard any company flight providing they are in conformance with all applicable rules. Passengers traveling with oxygen must give at least 24-hours notice when making a reservation and at check-in, supply a doctor’s note that the oxygen is medically necessary.
Wheelchairs. You must notify The Company at the time of reservation if you are traveling with a wheelchair, or if the need for a wheelchair arises after the reservation, then as soon as that need is known. Outside of the United States, you must be able to walk up/down steps (for motorcoaches) and on ramps without a wheelchair or xxxxxx for cruises. Outside the United States, motorcoach entrances and gangways/ramps may not be wide enough or equipped to accommodate these items. The Company may allow collapsible wheelchairs that fit within the restrictions (1030mm/40.55” length x 555mm/21.85” width) when travel with a wheelchair is disclosed to The Company. You are responsible for storage (e.g. in your room) and maintenance of any permissible wheelchair.

Wheelchairs. All drivers receive training to enable us to carry wheelchair passengers in safety and comfort and will provide reasonable physical assistance if required. • Accessible buses are designed in accordance with legal requirements and can carry wheelchair or other mobility devices up to a maximum size of 78cm wide and 110cm long. Accessible buses include a clearly marked space for one wheelchair user who, for safety reasons, must travel facing the direction indicated and with brakes applied.
