Winter Holidays. PTO requested during the Christmas or New Year’s holiday periods shall be assigned on a rotational basis provided that either Christmas Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Day is worked by the nurse. Nurses shall be scheduled to work Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day in accordance with mutually established guidelines.
