Winter Holidays. PTO requested during the Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s holiday periods shall be assigned on a equitable rotational basis provided that at least two of the following holidays are worked by the nurse: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Day. Nurses shall be scheduled to work Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day in accordance with mutually established guidelines.
