Work Conditions/Site Requirements. The facility is currently occupied by Federal Court and all work will be performed during the courts occupation of the building. Work involving any interruption of building services, excessive noise, or interrupting court activities will be after hour work from 6 pm to 6 am or on weekends. The DB Contractor will be responsible for any general conditions, extended overhead, and management costs resulting from work performed beyond the target date other than those resulting from Government initiated scope changes.
