Work Issues. The staff will meet with the pilot school Principal to address concerns and attempt to reach a resolution. In doing so, the staff member will have the opportunity to bring the school-based BTU representative to the meeting for support and advice. All meetings regarding a dispute will be kept confidential by the Principal and staff involved. The results of such meetings will be documented. If a meeting with the Principal does not result in a satisfactory resolution within 20 working days, the BTU staff may choose to present the concern to the Executive Committee of the Xxxxxxx’x Governing Board. Two teacher Board members will be invited to attend this presentation. The staff may choose to bring a BTU school-based representative to the meeting for support and advice. The Governing Board will be notified in writing by the staff member about the nature of the concern, parties involved, and any relevant dates and times. The Governing Board will be given at least seven days notice prior to the next board meeting to review the written concern. At an executive session of the Board meeting, the staff member will present the concern to the Executive Committee of the Xxxxxxx Board. Following this presentation, the members of Executive Committee will meet to discuss the unresolved concern. In the event of a conflict of interest for parent or staff Board members regarding the written concern, they will excuse themselves during the decision making part of the process. The staff member may be asked to wait and hear the decision of the Board. After the final decision of the Board has been made, a letter will be mailed to the staff member as soon as possible and no later than within 10 working days. If the BTU staff member is still not satisfied, he/she can appeal to an objective mediator from the Center for Collaborative Education The final appeal in the dispute resolution process will be to the President of the Boston Teachers Union and the Boston Public Schools Superintendent. Their decision will be final.

  • Design At no cost to SCE, Seller shall be responsible for:

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Prosecution of Work FIRST PARTY will employ a sufficient staff to prosecute the work diligently and continuously and will complete the work in accordance with the schedule of work approved by the CITY. (See Exhibit "A," Scope of Services).

  • WORK STOPPAGE AND SLOWDOWN Employees within the bargaining unit, MSEA-SEIU and its officers at all levels, agree that they will not instigate, promote, sponsor, condone or engage in any work stoppage, sympathy work stoppage or slowdown.

  • Site Work An expansion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Boonville Station is required to accommodate the CTOIFs. The southern corner of the fence line will be expanded out by approximately 3,200 square feet. The Connecting Transmission Owner already owns the property required for the expansion. Approximately 120 feet of the existing fencing will need to be removed and approximately 150 feet of new fencing added.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Design Development Documents See Section 2, Part 1, Article 2.1.5.

  • Unsafe Work (a) An employee may exercise their right to refuse to do unsafe work pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations outlined in Information Appendix B.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
