Common use of Work Loads Clause in Contracts

Work Loads. If an employee believes the amount of work they are required to perform is excessive over what is required from the rest of the staff and/or it will result in an occupational accident or occupational injury to them, the question shall be referred to Article 10.01 and, failing resolution there, the matter may be referred to Article 11 of this Agreement.
