Work Pants. Employees will each receive a $240 stipend per fiscal year for work pants. ▪ Work pants must be full-length blue denim (i.e. blue jeans) or dark navy or black twill/polyester style. ▪ Works pants must not sag below the waistline or hip. ▪ Work pants must be free of alterations, holes and bleaching.

Work Pants. Employees covered by the Public Works Department Uniform Policy (Attachment G) shall receive an annual clothing allowance for work pants in the amount of $240. Such allowance shall be paid in the first full pay period of July. The purpose of this allowance is stated in the Public Works Department Uniform Policy.
Work Pants. The Employer will provide to Outside Field Technicians one hundred-dollar ($100) allowance annually for the purchase of work pants.
Work Pants. Employees covered by the Public Works Department Uniform Policy (Attachment F) shall receive an annual clothing allowance for work pants in the amount of $240. Such allowance shall be paid in 26 equal installments over the fiscal year, beginning with the first full pay period of July. In the event there is a 27th payroll in the fiscal year, there will be no payment in the last pay period of the year. On a one-time non-precedent setting basis, employees who are CalPERS "classic" members (as defined by XxxXXXX) who retire in Fiscal Year 2022-23, the City shall restate its uniform allowance reporting to Cal PERS to ensure the $240 paid in the first full pay period in. July 2021 is reported evenly throughout Fiscal Year 2021-22 if the employee provides the City with at least 90 calendar days' notice prior to his/her retirement date. If the employee provides less than 90 calendar days advance notice of his/her retirement date, the City is not obligated to restate its uniform allowance reporting to CalPERS. The parties agree that for "classic members" (as defined by XxxXXXX), this is special compensation and shall be reported as such, to the extent legally permissible, pursuant to Title 2. CCR, Section 571(a)(5) as uniform allowance. The parties agree it is ultimately CalPERS who determines whether any form of pay is reportable special compensation.

  • Work Progress The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will keep each other, and NYISO, advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner. If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.

  • WORK UNIFORMS Employees who are required to wear uniforms as a condition of employment shall be furnished such uniforms by the Appointing Authority. Proper maintenance of uniforms is an employee responsibility unless they are currently maintained by the Employer or unless required by statute or other regulatory agencies because of contamination (see Article 22). Uniforms shall not be used for off-duty activity by the employee.

  • Work Area The specific work area and/or crew an employee reports to on a daily schedule. Work areas are generally smaller divisions of a larger Bid Area.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
