Work Period in Dry Weather Only. Work within ephemeral desert washes shall be restricted to periods of no stream flow and dry weather. Precipitation forecasts and potential increases in stream flow shall be considered when planning construction activities. Construction activities shall cease, and all necessary erosion control measures shall be implemented prior to the onset of precipitation. Construction activities halted due to precipitation may resume when precipitation ceases, and the National Weather Service 72-hour weather forecast indicates a 20% or less chance of precipitation, provided no work occurs in the stream bed if water is flowing. If a construction phase may cause the introduction of sediments into the stream, no phase of the Project shall commence unless all equipment and materials are removed from the channel at least 12 hours prior to the onset of precipitation and all associated erosion control measures are in place prior to the onset of precipitation. No work shall occur during a dry-out period of 24 hours after the above referenced wet weather. Weather forecasts shall be documented upon request by CDFW.

Work Period in Dry Weather Only. Work within the creek and riparian area shall be restricted to periods of low rainfall (less than ¼” per 24 hour period) and dry weather as allowed during the work period specified in Measure 2.1. No work shall occur during a dry out period of 24 hours after the wet weather referenced above.

  • Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.

  • Work Period; Overtime Pay The work period for overtime computation purposes shall be a seven (7) day period, as defined by the Employer. Nurses working this twelve (12) hour shift schedule shall be paid overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours after the end of the twelve (12) hour shift or for any hours worked beyond forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day period. If a nurse works more than two (2) consecutive hours beyond the end of the twelve (12) hour shift, all overtime hours after fourteen (14) consecutive hours of work for that shift shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Transition Period LVRT Standard The transition period standard applies to wind generating plants subject to FERC Order 661 that have either: (i) interconnection agreements signed and filed with the Commission, filed with the Commission in unexecuted form, finally executed as conforming agreements, or filed with the Commission as non-conforming agreements between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006, with a scheduled in-service date no later than December 31, 2007, or (ii) wind generating turbines subject to a wind turbine procurement contract executed prior to December 31, 2005, for delivery through 2007.

  • Work Periods 10.02 Work Periods shall be:

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).
