Work Rules and Information Orders. Section 33.1 The Union recognizes the authority of the Employer to promulgate reasonable work rules, policies, standards of conduct, directives and general orders for the operation of the Xxxxx County Board of DD, that do not conflict with the provisions of this Agreement. The parties also recognize that all employees are subject to, and responsible for, the implementation of statutory and administrative rule provisions, including the rules and ethical standards set forth by the Ohio State Nursing Board, that may not necessarily be included in the Board's rules and regulations. The Employer agrees that new or revised work rules and directives shall be provided to the Union at least fourteen (14) days in advance of their adoption for discussion. All work rules and directives shall be made available to members in advance of their implementation. The parties recognize that all rules and all provisions of this Agreement are subordinated to emergency situations as those may occur.

Work Rules and Information Orders. The Employer agrees that existing work rules and division directives shall be reduced to writing and provided to all covered members. The Employer agrees that to the extent possible, new or revised work rules and division directives shall be provided to members seventy-two (72) hours in advance of their implementation. All work rules or division directives must be applied and interpreted uniformly to all members. Work rules or division directives cannot violate this contract.

The parties also recognize that the Sheriff’s Office and all employees are subject to and responsible for the implementation of statutory and administrative rule provisions (e.g. jail standards) which may not necessarily be included in departmental rules, etc. The Union and employees recognize the responsibility of employees to abide by all Employer rules, regulations, work rules and orders and their responsibility to report to a superior officer or the Sheriff. The Employer agrees that new or revised work rules and directives shall be made available to members by posting said revisions or new rules on the bulletin board and/or in other conspicuous locations within the office not less than fifteen (15) days in advance of their implementation. All work rules or directives must be applied and interpreted uniformly to all members in this bargaining unit.

  • Use of Contract Documents and Information 3.5.1 The tenderer shall not, without the Procuring entity’s prior written consent, disclose the Contract, or any provision therefore, or any specification, plan, drawing, pattern, sample, or information furnished by or on behalf of the Procuring entity in connection therewith, to any person other than a person employed by the tenderer in the performance of the Contract.

  • - ISSUE IDENTIFICATION AND INFORMAL DISCUSSION The employee shall discuss the issue with the immediate supervisor on an informal basis to identify and attempt resolution of the employee’s issue within ten (10) business days following the day the issue arose. The employee shall have the affirmative responsibility to inform the supervisor that the issue is being raised pursuant to this grievance procedure. The immediate supervisor shall meet with the employee, secure clarification of the issue, consider the employee’s proposed solution, and discuss possible alternative solutions and/or other administrative remedies. The immediate supervisor shall inform the department’s personnel office, and the personnel director shall inform the union of the grievance. The immediate supervisor shall respond verbally within ten (10) business days following the meeting with the employee. Failure of the supervisor to respond within the time limit shall entitle the employee to process the issue to the next step.

Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities.   • Progress Reports and Information When required, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner such schedule of quantities and costs, payrolls, bills, vouchers, correct copies of all subcontracts, statements, reports, correct copies of all agreements, correspondence, and written transactions with the surety on the performance bond that have any relevance to the Work, estimates, records, and other data as the Owner may request that concerns the Work performed or to be performed under this Contract. When requested by the Owner, the Contractor shall give the Owner access to its records relating to the foregoing. (See also Article 1.2.3, Audits.) The above reports shall include, but are not limited to, (a) written notice of dates by which specified Work will have been completed, (b) written notice of dates by which Non-Compliant Work will be made good, (c) written notice that Non-Compliant Work has been made good, (d) written notice as to the date or dates by which Work that has not been performed with equal steps and at the same rate required by the Overall Project Schedule shall have been brought into conformity with the Overall Project Schedule, (e) date by which any undisputed claim of a Subcontractor, Supplier, or laborer shall have been paid, (f) written advice regarding the nature and amount of any disputed claim of a Subcontractor, Supplier, or laborer, and (g) information regarding Work performed under Change Orders.

  • Updated Information Submission by Developer The updated information submission by the Developer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. Developer shall submit a completed copy of the Large Generating Facility data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures. It shall also include any additional information provided to Connecting Transmission Owner for the Interconnection Feasibility Study and Interconnection Facilities Study. Information in this submission shall be the most current Large Generating Facility design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with NYISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Developer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Developer’s data is different from what was originally provided to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO pursuant to an Interconnection Study Agreement among Connecting Transmission Owner, NYISO and Developer and this difference may be reasonably expected to affect the other Parties’ facilities or the New York State Transmission System, but does not require the submission of a new Interconnection Request, then NYISO will conduct appropriate studies to determine the impact on the New York State Transmission System based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. Such studies will provide an estimate of any additional modifications to the New York State Transmission System, Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades based on the actual data and a good faith estimate of the costs thereof. The Developer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed. The Developer shall be responsible for the cost of any modifications required by the actual data, including the cost of any required studies.

  • Background Information (A) The Adviser has entered into an Investment Adviser's Agreement with the Fund ("Investment Adviser's Agreement"). Pursuant to the Investment Adviser's Agreement, the Adviser has agreed to render investment advisory and certain other management services to all of the funds of the Fund, and the Fund has agreed to employ the Adviser to render such services and to pay to the Adviser certain fees therefore. The Investment Adviser's Agreement recognizes that the Adviser may enter into agreements with other investment advisers who will serve as fund managers to the funds.

  • Data and Information 12.1 The parties shall comply with all relevant UK and EU data protection legislation in delivering their obligations under the Agreement.
