Common use of Work Time Records Clause in Contracts

Work Time Records. (a) All hourly-rate employees shall submit a time sheet on a daily basis to the xxxxxxx. (b) Any change to an employee's record of time worked which affects his wages shall be accompanied by notification to the employee. Should the employee disagree with the Employer as to the accuracy of his work and overtime records, the Union official within his jurisdiction shall have the right, on reasonable notice, to inspect the employee's work and overtime records.
