Minimum Staffing Requirements. A minimum of two (2) employees shall be on site at all times whenever work is being performed for the Co-operative by bargaining unit employees.

The subgrantee agrees to make available staff position descriptions of individuals on the grant upon CVs’ request.
Minimum Staffing Requirements. A. The University will maintain adequate staffing to ensure the safety of its community and property. Pursuant to Section 13-601(e) of the Maryland Education Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, the University may make use of campus security force or building guards to augment the Campus Police Force. In the event that an unforeseen vacancy occurs, the University shall use its best efforts to fill the vacancy in an expeditious fashion.
B. Under the Title 12 of the Education Article, Subtitle §12-109(g), the University has the authority to create any position with existing funds available to the University to the extent the cost of the position including the cost of any fringe benefits is funded from existing funds. However, the total number of positions authorized shall be limited as specified annually in the State budget bill.
C. The University will review its police staffing during each budget-planning period to determine adequacy of staffing. As part of the review of police staffing the University shall meet with representatives of the Union to receive input.
D. The University shall make its best efforts to ensure that there will consistently be a minimum of two officers working in a patrol capacity during all shifts when students are in residence and classes are in session, excluding intersession and summer school.

(b) The Employer will consider a College of Nurses of Ontario practice setting consultation or some other process of patient care or practice review. In the event that the Home exercises its discretion to make a request, the Home shall pay the costs, share any reports with ONA, and consult with the Local ONA President with respect to the appointment of one (1) RN representative on the focus group.
(c) The Employer shall ensure that a representative of its nursing management and an ONA representative attend together one (1) of the sessions put on by the College of Nurses of Ontario in Ontario on the RN/RPN guidelines, as amended.
Minimum Staffing Requirements. The Service Provider shall fully staff the facility to secure, control, and supervise detainees in custody regardless of the detainee population. The Service Provider shall ensure daily Detention Officer Assignment rosters, by shift, for the duration of the contract. The assignment rosters shall indicate the number of staff, job titles, names, hours, and days of work for each post. The daily roster shall be posted 24 hours in advance. Shift rosters must be provided to the COTR on a daily basis upon completion of the third shift.
Minimum Staffing Requirements a. The 988 Crisis Call centers must hire and train qualified staff or Crisis Intervention Specialists (CIS) in adequate levels to answer a minimum of
(1) 90% of all calls within 20 seconds during the first year of operation starting from July 16th, 2022, and
(2) 95% answered within 20 seconds in subsequent years of operation.
(3) Qualification of staff is defined by American Association of Suicidology, National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, and Oregon Health Authority.

Minimum Staffing Requirements a. The current published staffing guidelines, effective August 1995, shall be used to determine the number of bid positions and the total number of Flight Attendants who will be assigned to flights with variable xxxxxxx. Thereafter, the Company may establish, at its discretion and from time to time, new staffing formulas. These formulas shall be made available to Flight Attendants, and APFA shall be notified of a change (45) days prior to implementation of the new formula. Staffing formulas shall specify increments based on the type of equipment, level of service, flying time and passenger load, as determined by the Company.
b. W xxxx it is understood that the Company shall have discretion in changing staffing or service levels, APFA shall be afforded a safeguard against the Company abusing that discretion. Accordingly, APFA shall have the right to file a Presidential grievance if the Company abuses its discretion by assigning an unreasonable workload to Flight Attendants.
c. APFA shall have three months from date of implementation of a change in staffing or service level to file a Presidential grievance which shall be processed in accordance with the Presidential grievance procedures set forth in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
