Work Time Records. (a) Any change to an employee's record of time worked which affects his/her wages shall be accompanied by notification to the employee. Should the employee disagree with the Employer as to the accuracy of his/her work and overtime records, the Union official within his/her jurisdiction shall have the right, on reasonable notice, to inspect the employee's work and overtime records. (b) All employees shall submit a time sheet on a daily basis to the xxxxxxx. (c) For all time absent from work on leaves provided in this agreement, the employee shall submit a leave management transaction form.
