WORK WEEK AND OVERTIME. Section 1. The Sheriff or his designee shall establish the work week, hours of work, and schedules best suited to meet the needs of the Sheriff’s Office and provide service to the community. The normal work week will consist of forty (40) hours per week, although nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a guarantee or limitation of the number of hours to be worked per week.
