Common use of Work Week Clause in Contracts

Work Week. The regular work period shall consist of forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day period. Employees who are required by the Employer and to remain at their work location throughout their entire work shift shall be paid at the desires of the employeesovertime rate for any hours over eight (8).

Work Week. The regular normal work period week shall consist of five (5) days, Monday through Friday. The regularly scheduled work week shall consist of not more than forty (40) hours in a seven (7) hours. The normal work day periodwill vary according to the job classification and position. All employees shall be scheduled so adhere to their individual approved work schedule, as to receive at least two (2) consecutive days off during a fourteen (14) calendar day period.
