WORKING CLOTHES AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT. The employer shall provide necessary working clothes (boiler suit, working shoes or equivalent, and when required, thermal suit, winter boiler suit and rainwear) and protective equipment, including personal protective equipment. Working clothes and protective equipment handed out are the property of the company. When taking out new set of working clothes or equipment, the worn set shall be handed in. Used protective equipment as mentioned above, shall be properly cleaned when handed out. The operator or the company shall provide the employee with survival suit during transport from heliport to the installation, during stay on the installation and during transport from the installation to heliport. The practical implementation of this regulation shall be agreed upon locally.

Working clothes and protective equipment handed out are the property of the company. When taking out a new set of working clothes or equipment, the worn set must be handed in. REGULAR MEDICAL CHECK-UPS With respect to regular medical check-ups, reference is made to the Regulations relating to health control of employees in the petroleum activities. The company covers the doctor’s fees for approval and renewal of the health certificate. Any necessary, documented travel expenses to reach the nearest approved doctor will also be covered.

Where the Employee is on a 7 Day Roster, seven (7) sets of industrial outer clothing will be supplied. Protective clothing and equipment will be replaced with new on an as needs basis (worn clothes will be required to be provided as proof for replacement clothing to be issued). The Company will issue appropriate sun protection including tinted safety glasses and hard hat wide brims. The issue of PPE will be in accordance with the standard agreed upon between the parties.

This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • Defective Equipment Provided that you are in compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, while you receive Internet Service under this Agreement, Viasat will, at no additional charge to you, replace Equipment you lease from Viasat that Viasat, in its sole discretion, determines to be defective (“Defective Equipment”). Defective Equipment replacement under this Section 4 expressly excludes charges for home service calls and for damage to, or misuse of, the Equipment. For the first 90 days after initial activation of your Internet Service, Viasat will waive its standard service call charge if Viasat makes a service call. After the first 90 days following initial activation of your Internet Service, Viasat’s standard service call charge shall apply to all service calls by Viasat. You shall notify us promptly of any defect in, damage to, or accident involving your leased Equipment by calling 0-000-000-0000. All maintenance and repair of Equipment shall be performed by us or our designee(s). Viasat may charge you for any repairs that are necessitated by any damage to, or misuse of, the Equipment.
