Working from Home or Off Campus Work Requirements. 19.2.1 This section applies to employees who work at home or at an off‐campus work location (e.g. Recruiters). Decisions to approve requests to work from home will be made by the OOS Manager based on consideration of the nature of the work, the employee skill and capacity, supervision requirements, and providing fair and equal opportunity for employees in the work unit. All responsibilities and performance expectations will apply.

  • Safe Working Conditions The Employer undertakes to maintain office furniture, equipment, etc., in a practical and safe condition in order to avoid injury to employees or damage to their attire. Employees, for their part and in their own interest, are expected to advise the Employer of any such potentially injurious equipment.

  • Work from Home The following applies when a Producer requires an employee to work remotely from home:
