Working RDO’s. All employees will work 2 RDOs agreed upon by the SBU, which become “Floating RDOs”, and these Floating RDOs must be taken during the nominal maintenance season at a time mutually convenient to the employee and the Company. Floating RDOs may be worked and paid for at single time by mutual agreement. By mutual agreement, floating RDOs can be taken by shift workers in the crushing (e.g. in instances of wet weather, break down, etc.) or after the end of crushing. Where a floating RDO is worked by mutual agreement, the employee has the option to bank the payment for the RDO worked and receive payment on a later date, in lieu of the RDO.

  • Working Alone (a) Where an employee is employed under conditions which present a significant hazard of disabling injury, and when the employee might not be able to secure assistance in the event of an injury or other misfortunes, the Employer shall provide a means of periodically checking the well being of the employee.   • Working Groups From time to time, a Joint Committee may establish and delegate duties to sub-committees or directed teams (each, a “Working Group”) on an “as-needed” basis to oversee particular projects or activities (e.g., joint project team, joint finance group, or joint intellectual property group). Each such Working Group shall be constituted and shall operate as the Joint Committee determines; provided, that each Working Group shall have equal representation from each Party, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Working Groups may be established on an ad hoc basis for purposes of a specific project or on such other basis as the Joint Committee may determine. Each Working Group and its activities shall be subject to the oversight, review and approval of, and shall report to, the Joint Committee that formed said Working Group. Any disagreement between the designees of AbbVie and Ablynx on a Working Group shall be referred to the Joint Committee that formed the Working Group for resolution.

  • Working Group 1. The Parties hereby establish a Working Group on Temporary Entry for Business Persons, which shall meet at least once every 3 years or on request of the Free Trade Commission to consider any matter arising under this Chapter. 2.   • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Working Procedure Assist in the definition and analysis of vehicle system requirements. Prepare technical specification sheets. Evaluate vendor proposals to ensure the specifications are met. Assist in the generation and checking of test reports. May conduct and witness factory acceptance tests, dynamic performance tests and may provide support for commissioning of vehicles at customers' premises. Perform other related duties as required.
