Workload fluctuations. In an effort to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of the Company’s Alcoa operations, a number of avenues have been identified by which to improve handling of fluctuations in workload so as to minimise any necessary reductions in the workforce. Workload fluctuations. If there is a material increase or decrease in workload for a Department, the Department Head will meet with a representative of the appropriate Health Authority to consider a solution. If the Department Head and the Health Authority representative are unable to agree on a solution, the Department Head will meet with DHW, a representative of the appropriate Health Authority, and a representative of the University to consider a solution. The Department Head may submit a request pursuant to Article 5 of the Physician Agreement.

Workload fluctuations. In order to bridge fluctuations in workload and in conjunction with Paragraph B., Management may temporarily assign employees covered and not covered by this Agreement regardless of seniority or union affiliation to staff such work and to keep SEA represented employees productively employed to the maximum extent possible. It is agreed between the parties that assignments of available SEA represented personnel across job progressions and/or bargaining units would be permitted.

  • Disruption 41.1 The Contractor shall take reasonable care to ensure that in the performance of its obligations under the Framework Agreement it does not disrupt the operations of the Authority, its employees or any other Contractor employed by the Authority.

  • Workloads (a) The parties agree that patient care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice, patient acuity, fluctuating Work-Loads and fluctuating staffing are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Network Congestion Reduced Speed for Routing or Answering 911 Dialing Calls. There may be a greater possibility of network congestion and/or reduced speed in the routing of a 911 Dialing call made utilizing the Service as compared to traditional 911 dialing over traditional public telephone networks.

  • Workload An employee who believes that her workload is unsafe or consistently excessive shall discuss the problem with her immediate supervisor. If the problem is not resolved in this discussion, the employee may seek a remedy by means of the grievance procedure. If the matter is not resolved in the grievance procedure, it may be referred to troubleshooter who shall:

  • Unbundled Network Elements 35.4.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement. 35.5. Collocation

  • CONTRACT ITEM CHANGES A. If a manufacturer discontinues a contracted item, that item will automatically be considered deleted from the contract with no penalty to Contractor.   • Indirect Network Connection 64.8.1 For purposes of this Agreement, Indirect Traffic means traffic which is originated by one Party and terminated to the other Party in which a third party ILEC’s Tandem switch both provides the intermediary Transit Service and serves CenturyLink’s NXXs. Indirect Network Connection for Indirect Traffic is intended only for de minimis traffic associated with CLEC “start- up” market entry into a CenturyLink local exchange. Therefore Indirect Network Connection will be allowed only on routes between CenturyLink End Offices and a CLEC switch in instances where, and only so long as, none of the POI thresholds set forth in Section 64.4.2 have been reached.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).
