Workload Maximum. Assignment of high needs special education students will be balanced between classrooms and buildings to the greatest extent possible in accordance withleast restrictive environment” requirements and consideration of where siblings have been placed. High needs special education students new to the district will be placed in the appropriate setting according to their IEP after consideration of which building has the greatest capacity.  The workload maximums may not apply in traditionally larger classes such as band, choir and in team-teaching situations. The workload maximums may not be applicable to special education, family and consumer science, vocational classes and federally funded programs where funding is contingent on lower class sizes. Lab classes workload shall be determined by the number of lab stations times two (2). Classrooms will be provided the necessary materials and equipment needed for the size of class and space allocation will be considered when assigning rooms.

  • Workloads (a) The parties agree that patient care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice, patient acuity, fluctuating Work-Loads and fluctuating staffing are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

  • Maximum Hours No employee shall be required to work more than twelve (12) hours per day, or for more than forty-eight (48) hours per week, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and the employee.

  • Workload An employee who believes that her workload is unsafe or consistently excessive shall discuss the problem with her immediate supervisor. If the problem is not resolved in this discussion, the employee may seek a remedy by means of the grievance procedure. If the matter is not resolved in the grievance procedure, it may be referred to troubleshooter who shall:

  • Downtime Due to the nature of server provision, downtime and lost transmissions may occur as part of routine maintenance. You are advised to maintain a copy of your account status and details of Content purchased.

  • Work Loads If an employee believes the amount of work he or she is required to perform is excessive over what is required from the rest of the staff and it will result in an occupational accident or occupational injury to him or her, the question shall be referred to Section 17 of this Agreement.

  • Frequency Your milk must be supplied on a consistent basis throughout the week on either a daily or skip-a-day basis as agreed by you and DFMC, except in emergencies. DFMC has no obligation to collect your milk more frequently than once per day, but may agree to do so from time to time. If, at DFMC’s election, your milk is collected more frequently than you require, no Gate Fees or charges will apply for the additional collections.

  • Annual maximums State Dental Plan coverage is subject to a one thousand dollar ($1,000) annual maximum benefit payable (excluding orthodontia) per person. "Annual" means per insurance year.

  • After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Example: The most common after hours coefficient is time and a half. If your regular hours coefficient is .95, your after hours coefficient would be 1.45. Remember that this is a ceiling discount. You can discount lower than the contract coefficient, but not higher.

  • Lifetime maximums and non-prescription out-of-pocket maximums Coverage under Advantage is not subject to a per person lifetime maximum. In the first and second years of the contract, coverage under Advantage is subject to a plan year, non-prescription drug, out-of-pocket maximum of one thousand seven hundred dollars ($1,700) per person or three thousand four hundred dollars ($3,400) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 1 or Cost Level 2; two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400) per person or four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 3; and three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600) per person or seven thousand two hundred dollars ($7,200) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 4.

  • Bandwidth the amount of data (quantified as “Mbps” or “Gbps”) made available to Customer as specified in a Service Order.
