Moving Reimbursement Clause Samples

Moving Reimbursement. Moves not requested by the employee will be compensated with $500 upon completion of a Services Rendered Form. On-site secondary moves must involve a total change of homeroom to receive compensation.
Moving Reimbursement. If future legislation permits, those new employees establishing residence within the District boundaries may be reimbursed for up to $1,000 in itemized moving expenses.
Moving Reimbursement. Landlord and Tenant agree that Tenant’s maximum reimbursement, as originally set forth in Paragraph (f) of Exhibit B to the Lease, from the Under Budget Amount shall be increased from $88,195.00 to $132,292.50. Moving Reimbursement. Up to a maximum of $20,000.00, COO shall receive reimbursement of actual expenses, as an expense report, for costs incurred as a result of moving. This one time reimbursement occurrence is planned for mid-Summer 2015 as COO plans on completing said move near in time to this date.
Moving Reimbursement. The Company will pay all expenses of -------------------- relocating Executive to the Tarboro, North Carolina area including but not limited to direct costs of moving, househunting, Realtors fees, closing costs, and the income tax effect on any of the foregoing.
Moving Reimbursement. New hires who relocate to our area for employment with the district, may be reimbursed up to $1,500.
Moving Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse Employee up to $25,000 for the actual expenses incurred as a result of moving. Employee must submit an expense repoh documenting the actual expenses incurred. This one time reimbursement occurrence is planned for June 1, 2022 as Employee plans on completing said move near in time to this date.
Moving Reimbursement. (a) The Board agrees to reimburse newly hired teachers who commence employment with the Board up to $500 for moving expenses for those who remain with the Board for two consecutive (2) years or more. (b) To be eligible for reimbursement the teacher must file original receipts in the Board office, within ninety (90) days of settlement, or within such further time as may be mutually agreed. (c) If any teacher receives a settlement allowance payment under (a) and leaves the employee of the Board before two (2) full years of consecutive teaching, then the teacher will sign an authorization to permit the Board to deduct the repayment of the full amount of the reimbursement from the teacher’s final pay.
Moving Reimbursement. Company shall reimburse Employee for the actual and reasonable moving and relocation expenses incurred in connection with his relocation to the San Diego, California area, not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
