Overage Payment a. For each pupil in excess of the maximum number of pupils in 9-12 classrooms the unit member will be compensated at the rate of $6.00 per day per pupil.

Overage Payment. In the event of a work load overage, the employee so affected shall be paid a stipend, retroactively, for each day of overage, until such matter is otherwise resolved. Such stipend shall be: Elementary: twelve dollars ($12.00) per student day Elementary Music and PE: two dollars ($2.00) per student per session Secondary: three dollars ($3.00) per student period at the secondary level (6-12), except P.E. which shall be paid at two dollars ($2.00) Overage payments will be retroactive to the first day of overage if overage continues beyond the 10-day limit. If the overage is fixed within the 10-day limit, there will not be an overage payment.
