Workshop Management. This module assists with the planning, control and management of workshop capacity, technician activity and reporting of performance. This enables the following high level business processes: creation and maintenance of available capacity for workshop technicians including absences; booking of repair order activity to technicians; management of technician activities and repair order progress; recording of technician time and attendance for productive and non-productive activity and subsequent performance reporting.

Workshop Management. The Contractor will be provided with the workshop and will use these facilities during the execution of the works and will also provide a service to the Employer or the Employer’s appointed contractor. The workshop will have the office space and a kitchen. All office and kitchen equipment will be provided by the contractor. Such service will be provided at no extra cost, although the direct material costs will be for the account of the Employer or the Employer’s appointed contractor as indicated in The Contractor’s Offer and separate orders will be provided based on the normal procurement practices of the Power Station should the need arise. The Contractor may schedule any external request to optimise the work flow of the tasks in this contract, but will give priority to breakdown work causing (or which may cause) health risk or environmental risk. The Contractor will maintain all the equipment contained in the workshops and ensure that they are in proper working order. The Contractor will adhere to preventative maintenance programme for the equipment, in line with the Power Station requirements and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Employer may review this responsibility at any given time and may re-allocate this function to another section and or department as and when required during the contract period - the Employer informs the Contractor in writing of any changes as and when this materialises.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.
