Contractor’s management supervision and key people The Tenderer shall include a detailed resource proposal. This shall, as a minimum, include the quantity of staff (with reference to level of skill and formal training of each) and how/where they will be deployed and utilised under this contract. The respondent should submit a company organogram from the Contractor showing his/her people and their lines of authority /communication. Key personnel A schedule of key personnel to this Contract (as per the Schedules) will be provided to the Service Manager at commencement of this Contract. This will, as a minimum, include all persons from Artisan level to management level. For the full duration of this Contract, none of these persons will be replaced by a person of lesser ability or qualification. The Contractor shall continuously ensure that all staff is suitable, able and competent for the duties required of them. Staff must have electrical and mechanical experience. The Contractor shall continuously ensure that all staff is knowledgeable on all equipment relating to the electrical Sliding doors and manual swing doors. For all full-time staff and senior personnel dedicated to this contract, the following must be submitted in detail: ❑ Full Names ❑ Proof of qualifications and work experience on maintaining similar equipment system. Minimum Staff Schedule and Experience Site Manager As and when required to monitor/maintain infrastructure Artisan As and when required to monitor/maintain infrastructure Semi Skill Labourer As and when required to monitor/maintain infrastructure The Contractor must have additional resources available to attend to lengthy breakdowns or breakdowns of a specialised nature. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all relevant labour and safety legislation is adhered to in rostering staff.

The points allocated for the performance range from one (1) - poor to five (5) - excellent. If the service provider’s service is less than satisfactory three (3), the service provider will be informed and instructed to rectify the shortcomings within a said period. If the situation is not rectified, further steps may be taken and may lead to a contract being terminated or not renewed. The Contractor employs in and about the Provision of the Works only such persons that are careful, competent and efficient in their several trades and callings, to achieve nuclear safety, and the Employer reserves the right to object to and require the Contractor to remove from the works, forthwith, any person employed by the Contractor in or about the Provision of the Works who, in the opinion of the Project Manager, misconduct’s himself or is incompetent or negligent in the proper performance of his duties and such person is not again employed for the works without the written permission of the Project Manager. The Contractor, in and about the Provision of the Works, provides evidence of skills assessment (including qualifications) for its entire staff. Contractor project manager, Safety Officer and supervisors are required to present SAQA approved certificates (or equivalent), for the position that they fulfil. The Contractor’s project manager is trained on the NEC ECC3 prior the access date.
