Contractor’s management supervision and key people
(1) The Contractor provides a detailed organogram to the Project Manager that clearly indicates the employee’s details. In the event of any person within the Contractor’s organogram changing, the Contractor is to obtain acceptance for the replacement from the Project Manager.
(2) The Contractor shall provide his own Responsible Person(s) and or Authorised Supervisor(s) as required by the Permit to Work system on site during the execution of works.

Contractor’s management supervision and key people The Contractor must submit an organogram which clearly indicates the people resources that will be utilised for this project. The organogram must clearly indicate lines of authority as well as lines of communication. Site staff as well as head office staff must be indicated.

Contractor’s management supervision and key people The Tenderer shall include a detailed resource proposal. This shall, as a minimum, include the quantity of staff (with reference to level of skill and formal training of each) and how/where they will be deployed and utilised under this contract. The respondent should submit a company organogram from the Contractor showing his/her people and their lines of authority /communication. A schedule of key personnel to this Contract (as per the Schedules) will be provided to the Service Manager at commencement of this Contract. This will, as a minimum, include all persons from Artisan level to management level. For the full duration of this Contract, none of these persons will be replaced by a person of lesser ability or qualification. The Contractor shall continuously ensure that all staff is suitable, able and competent for the duties required of them. Staff must have electrical and mechanical experience. The Contractor shall continuously ensure that all staff is knowledgeable on all equipment relating to the electrical Sliding doors and manual swing doors. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all relevant labour and safety legislation is adhered to in rostering staff.
Contractor’s management supervision and Key People The Contractor shall supply the Employer with the organogram indicating the hierarchy of dedicated and appointed project personnel with their lines of authority / communication. The Contractor employs in and about the Provision of the Works only such persons that are careful, competent and efficient in their several trades and callings, to achieve nuclear safety, and the Employer reserves the right to object to and require the Contractor to remove from the works, forthwith, any person employed by the Contractor in or about the Provision of the Works who, in the opinion of the Project Manager, misconduct’s himself or is incompetent or negligent in the proper performance of his duties and such person is not again employed for the works without the written permission of the Project Manager. The Contractor, in and about the Provision of the Works, provides evidence of skills assessment (including qualifications) for its entire staff. Contractor project manager, Safety Officer and supervisors are required to present SAQA approved certificates (or equivalent), for the position that they fulfil. The Contractor’s project manager is trained on the NEC ECC3 prior the access date.
