Xxxx and Exclusive Representative. The Employer recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive representative of all employees within this bargaining unit, hereinafter referred to as “Employees”, as defined and certified by the Board of Personnel Appeals and as modified by the parties.
Xxxx and Exclusive Representative. The organization granted such status and recognized by the Board as the official representative of all staff members regardless of membership or non-membership in that organization. The exclusive representative shall further represent staff members regardless of their race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, marital status, military status, ancestry, religion, or disability. The Board of Education recognizes the organization’s sole and exclusive rights to provide for proper representation of the bargaining unit. These rights are enumerated in Article IX.
Xxxx and Exclusive Representative. The Employer recognizes the FOP/OLCI as the sole and exclusive representative for those Employees of the Employer in the bargaining unit. Wherever used in this agreement, the term "bargaining unit" shall be deemed to include those “All full-time Corrections Corporals and Corrections Sergeants” as certified by the Ohio State Employment Relations Board in case number 2017-REP-08-0093, dated April 13, 2018.
