Xxxxx Blocks Service Premium. 11.1. Xxxxx Blocks Service Premium is a Service where the hours are purchased in advance. The number of hours is determined upon commencement of the Agreement. The amount payable by Client for Xxxxx Blocks Service Premium will be agreed in the Order Form. All additional hours will be charged to Client on the basis of subsequent calculation in accordance with Xxxxx Blocks' standard hourly rates. 11.2. Xxxxx Blocks keeps time records on the basis of good faith of the hours that it has spent on the Services (maintenance and additional work). The time spent is rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes. The time records as kept by Xxxxx Blocks in the Portal serve as evidence of the hours spent, unless Client provides evidence to the contrary. 11.3. Client is able to inspect the time records via the Portal and is required to approve each assignment. Xxxxx Blocks will execute an assignment only after it has been approved by Client. Approval granted in the Portal is binding upon Client. 11.4. By means of derogation from Clause 11.3, Xxxxx Blocks shall not be required to await Client’s approval with respect to Issues: i) that have a maximum estimated time of one (1) hour; ii) all high and critical Issues; or iii) preventative maintenance with a maximum of three (3) hours per quarter; iv) research time not exceeding ninety (90) minutes. 11.5. Xxxxx Blocks has the option to combine Issues. The combination of Issues is referred to as a “milestone”. The hours required for a milestone, are submitted to Client for approval (by e-mail or via the Portal). Xxxxx Blocks will start working on the milestone upon receipt of approval, and Xxxxx Blocks has permission to charge an extra 10% at the most, calculated on the total number of approved hours. 11.6. Xxxxx Blocks will invoice the amount payable for the Xxxxx Blocks Service Premium in advance. 11.7. Client is entitled to transfer a maximum of 20% of the hours that are not used under Xxxxx Blocks Service Premium to a Renewal Term. All other remaining hours will be cancelled. 11.8. In the event either the Agreement or only Xxxxx Blocks Service Premium is terminated, Client shall not be entitled to receive a refund of the hours that are not used. 11.9. The development of applications and software (Deliverables) falls outside the scope of Xxxxx Blocks Service Premium. 11.10. For the duration of Xxxxx Blocks Service Premium, Xxxxx Blocks shall perform no other than the following maintenance activities on Client's behalf: i) the cor...

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.1.3.1 Definition 4.1.3.2 Notwithstanding BellSouth’s general duty to unbundle local circuit switching, BellSouth shall not be required to unbundle local circuit switching for <<customer_name>> when <<customer_name>> serves end-users with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS-0) equivalents or lines in locations served by BellSouth’s local circuit switches, which are in the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, and BellSouth has provided non-discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as in effect on January 1, 1999. 4.1.3.3 In the event that <<customer_name>> orders local circuit switching for a single end user account name at a single physical end user location with four (4) or more 2-wire voice-grade loops from a BellSouth central office in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge <<customer_name>> the market based rate in Exhibit C for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities. 4.1.3.4 A featureless port is one that has a line port, switching facilities, and an interoffice port. A featured port is a port that includes all features then capable or a number of then capable features specifically requested by <<customer_name>>. Any features that are not currently then capable but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the NBR/BFR process. 4.1.3.5 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> customized routing of calls: (i) to a requested directory assistance services platform; (ii) to an operator services platform pursuant to Section 10 of Attachment 2; (iii) for <<customer_name>>’s PIC’ed toll traffic in a two (2) PIC environment to an alternative OS/DA platform designated by <<customer_name>>. <<customer_name>> customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers. 4.1.3.6 Remote Switching Module functionality is included in Switching Capability. The switching capabilities used will be based on the line side features they support. 4.1.3.7 Switching Capability will also be capable of routing local, intraLATA, interLATA, and calls to international customer’s preferred carrier; call features (e.g. call forwarding) and Centrex capabilities. 4.1.3.8 Where required to do so in order to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> purchasing local BellSouth switching and reselling BellSouth local exchange service under Attachment 1, selective routing of calls to a requested directory assistance services platform or operator services platform. <<customer_name>> customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers, but obtain a <<customer_name>> branded service.

  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.

  • Service Pay ‌ All regular employees shall be granted service pay in the amount of ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar day for each five (5) years of continuous service completed. After the first five (5) years of service, ten cents (10c/ ); after five (5) further years of service, an additional ten cents (10c/ ); and a like increase for each additional five (5) years of service completed.

  • Portion of Products/Services Available If only a portion of Products and/or Services is available for shipment or performance to meet the Delivery Date, Supplier shall promptly notify DXC and proceed unless otherwise directed by DXC. Supplier shall be responsible for any cost increase in the shipment of Products due to its failure to meet the Delivery Date and/or if such method does not comply with DXC’s shipping instructions.

  • Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

  • Shift Premium Full-Time and Part-Time Employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.
